I bought my massage therapist husband a massage for Father’s Day. From my husband regarding his massage from Jason, “It’s crazy, my legs were in pain for 2 months until yesterday.” That’s great praise, I’d say, from another therapist.

I paid for their membership for nearly 4 years without missing a single payment. After moving and then pandemic starting, I requested multiple times to cancel my membership and of course it didn't happen. Even during the pandemic with gyms closed, the charges continued. Even in the beginning of now Feb 2021 I asked them to stop charging me and cancel the membership. I had to finally cancel the card. Now they want me to pay for Feb and March and a late fee on top of that. Unfair financial and business practices against their loyal customers during a tough situation for the general public. Good luck getting help if you need anything but there will be a whole team reaching out to you if you didn't pay them lol Ridiculous, expensive and def not worth it

FFC as a whole (not just OP) has frustrated me for a while now but yesterday was more or less the final straw and confirmation that cancelling my membership is the right decision. I called about family swim and they told me it was going to be $10 however when I got there I was charged $12. Lady at the counter didn't seem to care at all that I was told the wrong price over the phone less than 1hr prior. While $2 isn't going to break my bank it's the principle of the situation that bothered me, especially since there was only 2hrs left of family swim vs the 4hr window.

I have been working with their Oak Park personal trainer Aria for the past 7 months and she has undoubtedly helped me reshape my 48yr old body. The program has worked for me and I am now in 'athletic shape" according to my BMI reads. The gym is open and easy with a lot of options with regards to equipment . The staff is attentive, and overall the place is clean. Best decision I made in 2020.

Due to COVID-19, I haven’t been to FFC since February. They closed temporarily and put my account on hold. I appreciated that. Decided to wait and see what would happen and when/if I would be returning. In August, I decided I wanted to cancel my membership as new covid cases were still rising. I emailed Ashley Peterson requesting to cancel my membership. She emailed me a simple form to complete the cancellation . Apparently, they never received the form or there was an error with their system because I found out the next month when I was charged again for my membership the cancellation wasn’t acknowledged. Sent another email stating my desire to cancel. It is now November and I still received another automatic debit from my account for my membership I attempted to cancel back in August. I resubmitted the cancellation form and requested a refund for the past 3 months after my initial cancellation request. Let’s see if they charge me again in December! Why can’t they be decent and recognize I have attempted to cancel since August and haven’t used the gym since February! Please STOP CHARGING ME!!!

Awesome fitness club and the best in the area. Been going here since it opened 12 years ago. The people that work there are absolutely phenomenal. So many great amenities and features. Yes it is pricey but you get what you pay for!
