If you can't put your prices online or on your ads without having to go to your site fill out a bunch of paperwork get and unnecessary emails and phone calls.. If I can't find the prices then I'm gonna go to a place like this. all I really want is thie swimming pool.. It's not that hard to put a few prices down or on your advertisements other than a month free lol like this

Covid restrictions are lifted, but cafam gyms still close at 21:00- 22:00, you charge same amount $ for membership, but close 2-3hrs earlier than before, thats a rip off. Open your gym till at least 23.00, for night shift workers 10pm is too early. Until then it will be a 1 star review*sauna is falling apart, and nobody cares to fix it look at the picture*Water fountain faucet is a MUST by sauna and steam rooms, people end up drinking water from the restroom across sauna rooms because there's no water faucet like they have in rocklin gym and you can't take large enough bottle with you to sauna, please install water faucet next to saunas.

Bad family atmosphere, staff is rude and unprofessional. They talk smack about guests and spread rumors on the job in front of people. If it wasn’t for all my gym friends I’d cancel my membership.

Worst customer service ever. Upped my membership fees without telling me. Staff doesn’t know how to keep card information on file. Have been told my accounts past due multiple times (after 30 days) due to them not saving correct payment information even though I’m there multiple times a week. Why would you not say something RIGHT AWAY. frustrated and corporate wouldn’t do anything about it. Canceled membership.

I have been coming to this club every morning since December. Garret the front desk kid is so kind and knowledgeable. Every morning he greets everyone who walks in that door with a smile. The simple, “how is your morning going?” Or “enjoy your workout!” Makes for a great day.

Been back at this gym for a few months after they had been closed for quite some time during covid last year. Cell phone usage on the floor was fairly rare before they closed and against facility policy, but since I've been back it's almost daily. I can be 4 rows away from someone using their cell phone and can still hear them over my headphones, which is extremely irritating. Unfortunately for me it's like nails on a chalkboard, It's drowns out what I am listening to. Today's cell user was extremely loud and 10 minutes into my workout I left. Several others left and I could tell by the looks and shaking of heads for the same reason. On my way out I complained to the front desk and requested to have signs put up. I was told "we no longer have a policy restricting cell phone usage because phones are too rampant". Not the answer I was looking for, but I am looking for a new gym!!

I love Cal Fit Citrus Heights. It's clean, staff is friendly and it is rarely busy. Yes, I've strayed off to other gyms but keep coming back to this one. It's like home. Same goes for the one in Roseville.

Why can’t CA family Fitness respect all members? Enforce the cell phone policy that you set. Give out a polite warning card. I am leaving. Villa Sport will happily enforce that I too get to enjoy my work out. Had a giant man shouting on speaker phone while in the hot tub. Asked the attendant why cell phone rules aren’t enforced. She said if you want to shout on your phone on speaker she isn’t going to say anything. I agree that no one should have to be told but if they don’t know better pass out a hand note asking them to have their calls elsewhere. We had to leave. I am embarrassed for CA Fam. It is a chronic problem.
