Good afternoon, I gave up my gym membership 3 months ago and came in twice and went online to cancel. However, your company is still taking my money.

I'm really disappointed we signed up because we loved how small it was for only $12 a month now someone else bought and wants to raise it to $30 a month and charged me $80 for a new membership when we said we wanted to cancel. Of course they never have employees there or a manager to fix problemsMean while chuze fitness is under $30 a month and offers hundreds of more gym activies and it's much larger with new equipment and many group classesIf you're going to start charging more at least offer what other gyms are and please clean the place the spray bottles laying around are not good.So sad I feel like this place will go under

Update: they will be introducing a key fob system to extend the hours (yay!). Previously, the short weekend hours were the only negative. Access will soon be 21 hours, staffed something like 7-7. However, that means monthly cost is going up to $25/month. It's supposed to remain month-to-month. I haven't received the new contract for review yet. They have also eliminated and converted the child care room to another exercise area. I never saw anyone use it. They brought in some additional attachments for the cable machine. Their also changing partners with whoever handles billing, as other reviewers have complained about (I never had problems, but I haven't tried to cancel). All in all, seems pretty great. I just hope they don't get TOO busy because that's one of the things I love about this gym.---This used to be a Fitness 19. F19s are the best because: they have the best overall set of equipment (instead of being machines-only like that purple gym). This one in particular has a trap bar! They are the best price because they are no frills ($20/month), month to month contract only, everything a gym needs to be and nothing that people hate about gyms. And there's only one guy here who uses the free weights that yells during his workout.

This place is atrocious… I subscribed as most people due to low rate of $10 a month for a hole in the wall gym. After a few months, I stopped going. After a few payments I noticed I didn’t close my account. I went to a close. My account paid $55 not once but two times then $150 on April 2016 then I was charged $30 after that all the time saying just close my account. THIS WAS IN MAY 2016. FAST FORWARD TO MARCH 2023!! I receive a 20 point hit to my credit score and I only noticed because I enrolled in credit dashboard with my bank. Out of curiosity I check to see why and notice an account went to collections. Lo and behold Fitness 19 sent me to collections for $75 that I have no idea what the charges nor do they because it’s so old I can’t dispute it or get them prove it. I had to pay today MARCH 21, 2023.-$126.27. I went through the trouble of looking at all my bank statements from January 2016 to February 2018, May 2016 was the last time they charge me $30 not a single charger attempted charge after that but today they decide to send me to collections And drop my credit score by 20 points I live two blocks down the street. What a POS company with a POS leader ship model scamming underdogs in the last five years you couldn’t once leave me a voicemail asking for payment? Of course not because it’s a bogus charge , I wouldn’t be surprised how many people are scamming into this February when you give them your payment information the only thing I think that stopped me was my card got stolen and my account information changed in March 2017. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO ASSOCIATE, to work there, or with them .

Very small gym. I left because it’s dirty and people aren’t required to clean off equipment after use. Often there isn’t anyone at the front desk so getting help is frustrating. There is one standing tanning bed that is incredibly dirty and always has broken parts. I went over to planet fitness and get way more equipment and amenities for only a couple extra dollars.Canceling this membership was HORRIBLE. Do not recommend.Response to management: I never saw an employee clean…anything. Rarely would see more than one employee working at a time. And now you’re pushing bike sales…at a gym. STRANGE FLEX. Planet fitness is so much better!!!

SCAM Artists. Was always hit or miss if someone was going to show up and actually open the place in the mornings. But it was cheap so I put up with it. Then they closed the Folsom location where I went with no warning and then they charged me another month because they say the require 30 days advance notice to cancel. What a JOKE! Stealing people's money one more month.

I just love this little gym so much. It is absolutely no frills - but you have everything you need to get a workout in. They keep it VERY clean and tidy - weights reracked, mats sprayed down, mirrors and equipment are constantly being cleaned. All day every day!My favorite part, however, is the staff. Every single staff member is kind, heartfelt and you can tell they love their jobs. Omar signed me up for my contract and I have never met a nicer human in my life - he treated me with such kindness. The manager is an absolute doll - she does so well at balancing having work to do in her office and making rounds on the floor to interact with members, answer questions and be available should anyone need her.I am so glad that I found this little club and it very much feels like home!

This place uses to be a great average Joe's type gym with lovely and knowledgeable staff. Now with an ever rotating staff and an obvious change in management it's pretty much a scam that steals your money and then makes it impossible to reach out to anyone to fix the problems they create. I'd have cancelled my acct already if anyone there had the ability to take care of the situation. I guess that's all in the grand scam that is this gym.

I have been a member of Fitness 19 on Sunrise for about 2 years. The facility is clean, in a good area and there are plenty of equipment and they are well maintained. People of all ages come and are welcome to use limited or all the equipment depending on their personal ability. The employees are personable, courteous and helpful. There are personal trainers who are professional, very helpful, available and courteous. It is very convenient for me since I work 7 days a week and need the availability. I can come in and work out, go home and I'm ready to start the day. Child care is also provided for parents in need.

This place is great. All the staff are very friendly and you start to feel like part of the community right away. Straight-forward gym experience; always clean and well-equipped for all your cardio and lifting needs. No frills, and you don't have to pay for them either. Love that I can bring my son to the kids play room and know he's having fun while I get my sweat on. So happy we joined; this place has reminded me how much I actually love working out.
