The gym is ok. It's a small community gym.I recommend they provide more options to check in because if a staff member is assisting someone on the computer that they use to check you in- you have to wait …

We signed up recently and have attended a couple of times. Our daughter loves coming to walk/run on the treadmill. Today, my wife went for the first time and wanted to get her own Keychain tag. The young lady helping her was nice enough, but then another bald gentleman came in and stood over her at the desk and was extremely rude and condensing to her and my family! He was also complaining about thorns in the bushes outside. Try not to complain in front of clients. it's a bad look! My experiences have been great thus far, but my wife's first and only experience has been of a rude person. I'm not sure if he is part-time or hasn't been here much before, but if that's what you have representing CAC, then leadership needs a sit down and reevaluate! We are within our 7-day cancelation period, and we are really considering not coming back.

Many of the machines do not work or barely function and the remaining ones are pretty worn out. Pool is clean and not over chlorinated. The hot tub in the women's locker room hasn't worked in over a year. The bathroom floors usually need attention. Lots of variety and multiples of machines. The theater is cool, or it would be if most of the cardio equipment actually functioned.

I have had a membership off and on for years both family and single memberships with no issues at all. Yes they have rules but so does every other establishment. If you follow them you'll have no issues. The staff has always been accommodating, and friendly! I would go in the mornings before work or after to run, lift and swim. They have a variety of equipment and an indoor track with a basketball court, racket ball courts....you name it they got it. It's a great club to workout or just chill by the pool side! I have no complaints other than I wish they were open a little longer.....maybe 10pm. Other then that it's worth the money for all they provide!

My son has a youth membership and he loves it. The pool and sauna are nice and clean. They have upstairs track, weight room and movie room.

Good selection of resistance training equipment but could use more cardio equipment. What they don't tell you is upon joining you have to sit through an hour-long orientation that drags on as they tell you things you already know or things that should be common sense. No other gyms make you sit through that.

Not the cleanest gym I have been to- equipment is very dusty as if no staff takes their time to actually fully clean them, which is sad for the amount of staff they have working that are usually standing around chatting. …

The staff is friendly, the management not too much, the place is huge with everything fitness related but there is so much room for improvement especially in terms of cleaning and sanitation, you can easily see on the floor, at the restrooms, pools or even underneath the machines that it has been weeks or even months since the last time the did a detailed clean up, trash cans are always full, paper towels or sanitation products are not the best quality and often not enough. Water fountains are just. They need new filters and be well cleaned. Well, I really hope this review help them to improve a few aspects since we have already told them few times about this, but nothing has changed and in general the place is good for all aspects of exercising.

By far the best gym in town. From the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. The ownership, the management, and the trainers, are by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in town. …
