My wife and I thoroughly enjoy Ergon! It is usually the highlight of our day. Cara & Franc are fantastic owners who are so genuine. They get to know their clients so well. I’ve been a member for about a year and would stay at this gym for the rest of my life if I could. My wife has been a member for about a month and she loves it too. The workouts are tough yet very rewarding. We’ve been able to make gains that we would not have been able to make on our own primarily from the community aspect. There is no way I would push myself as hard as I do at Ergon compared to working out in my own. We both enjoy the community grind. There is something special about the programming and community at Ergon that really pack a punch. I highly recommend Ergon to anyone who is eager to grow in their physical and mental fitness no matter where you are now. The coaches do a great job at explaining and demonstrating the scaling options so it doesn’t matter what your current fitness level is. Join Ergon!
