Love it!! Everyone is so friendly. I've never used a gym before and they have all been incredibly patient and helpful with me, explaining equipment and how to use it, even making recommendations on how to start, etc so I don't wear myself out or get discouraged.

Visited 19MAY2023 - I'm a Black Card member living in Minnesota and stopped by while I was in the area.The staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean. The facility is a bit smaller than my home club, but still had all the equipment and services I expected.

This Clarksville location is very clean and orderly. It is a huge space with a lot of equipment. Staff is friendly and helpful. You will need to bring your own soap/shampoo to shower.

New to the area, the facility is smaller compared to most of their gyms I’ve been to but they keep it super clean. The staff is meh, they do not greet customers who come through the door or when walking out like other pf.

The TV service is so hit or miss, lately about 50% of the time you are starring at a black screen while trying to endure a 30-45min cardio routine. locker rooms are too small. Staff is very friendly, maybe too friendly, I have never seen anyone enforce the no bags on the floor rule. Between bags and dumbbells' scattered about you better watch your step.

Clean palce and friendly staff. No masks requirements. Crowd meeter on the app is off. Said it a 3 which is low and it is normally packet to the hill.
