When I joined this gym I was informed that there was no childcare and that my son wasn’t allowed the floor with the equipment but they told me as long as I had someone with him it would be fine. My husband always came and sat with my son who has autism and has a hard time being away from me. This was never an issues until my fourth time coming to the gym and an employee by the name of Omar kicked us out and told me the GM called and said no kids were allowed in the gym. I gave them my number for the GM to call me, she never did. When I called the next morning the team lead said she would be working and I would have to come in. I came in and to my surprise she wasn’t there. I showed up for the next three days to try to get my money back and talk with the GM and never heard a thing. This whole experience was very frustrating for me and it seems they don’t care about their customers. Every employee I talked to about this matter had a different response to give me about my child being in the gym and were not friendly at all. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I would have become a member but they want my checking account information. I pay for everything with a particular credit card and not my checking account. I will NEVER give a place like this the ability to take money from my checking account. Oh well, lost a member but I'm sure they don't care anyway. At least the staff was nice but the company policy is stupid and it is in no way a convenience to me.

A very convenient place to start getting into shape. They have a couple of packages you can sign up for. There a number of machines that cover your entire workout. Great customer service and friendly help.
