I love to work out, shower then a massage to top it off! Oh and tanning along with all the rest it's perfect. The staff have all been amazing, no matter what time of the day they have all been great! Clarksville location!

Great atmosphere, no worries of going inside and feeling uncomfortable. We all have a goal and we're just there to complete it. Front desk staff are polite. Gym and tanning beds are clean.

Dropped by for a visit as we try to pick a gym facility. A manager gave us a tour of the entire facility. There's a lot here in a compact place. Didn't appear that there was any broken equipment. Gym is well-kept.

Atmosphere is pretty good. everybody just seems to mind their own business doing their own thing. employees are courteous and helpful for the most part.
