Love this place, great atmosphere for beginners all the way up to advanced. Very friendly and family like feel. Smaller classes than most gyms so they can be more hands on and personal with every member. If you haven't been there yet, your missing out!

A+! Small, locally owned, Christian motivated gym that comes with personalized attention and nutritional guidance. Gym is equipped with an airphx type filter to help keep air sanitized and the gym is kept immaculately clean. Owners/Coaches truly care about members to the core. Just the non-judgmental, nurturing environment I was looking for with co-members. All sizes, all ages, all body types and the availability to modify to anyone's needs individually. Great variety of classes with specific focuses and a vast option of times to choose from. Today was my first workout at 3:16 fitness. The atmosphere was so inviting, friendly and everything you want out of a smaller gym. Marisol was incredibly kind, helpful, and offered modifications for those of us who are less workout inclined. I’ll definitely be returning!

3:16 Fitness has been a game changer for me. It provides an amazing balance of flexibility and built-in structure. Every day's workout is completely different and uniquely tailored to a particular target such as core, cardio, upper body, lower body, and full body. It's been a blast to make friends and get motivated to put in hard work and sweat which I wouldn't be doing on my own otherwise. Would highly recommend joining 3:16 today!

I am blessed to have found 3:16 Fitness! Coming from another gym, I feel Marisol and Terry are taking fitness to a whole new level! Way more challenging than my past experience! Small classes, great instruction and positive reinforcement! Highly recommend this gym!
