I've never been one to stick with an exercise program long term, but 3:16 Fitness has changed that for me. Each day is different, so I don't get bored of the same routine. The trainers focus on the correct way of doing the exercises and give modifications when my physical limitations call for them. I get personalized training even though I'm in a group setting which is awesome. The encouragement I get at 3:16 Fitness really helps me to keep pushing through when I don't feel like it. As a result, I have seen improvement in my health and stamina, and I actually look forward to working out! If you want challenging workouts in an encouraging environment with trainers who truly care, then 3:16 Fitness is the place for you.

3:16 Fitness is an amazing place to workout. Each class is designed to be completely different; you’ll never do the same workout twice here! Maresol pushes you to the max while at the same time accommodating injuries and other limitations. This is by far the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to, and also a wonderful place to make friends who have the same goals in mind. 3:16 also provides a great level of accountability, consistency, routine, and flexibility all at the same time. Would highly recommend trying out a free week and joining the 3:16 family!P.S. Shout out to Terry for his exquisite dance moves and comic relief during the workouts🕺

Encouraging atmosphere with the best trainer who makes working out fun. I highly recommend this gym. I’m seeing results and love the Christ focus environment.It’s also clean, well maintained and I love the 3:16 apparel.
