I began training here over a year ago and the motivation and confidence it has given me is something I don’t ever want to live without again! The trainers care about your well being and push you to strive for better. Can’t imagine my weekly routine without this place

Love it here! RJ works with you and you can tell he really cares and is genuinely happy and excited with you when you show results. As long as you don’t cheat and stick to the meal plans there’s no way you don’t show some type of results. Recommend to everyone and definitely will be back!

I have been working with RJ for a little over 30 days.... strength is up and weight is down!Even though I knew I needed to go to the gym I just couldn’t get myself there. Having RJ put together a personal plan (both fitness and diet) has really helped me jumpstart towards the goals I have set for myself.UPDATE: over two years later....Well I’m sticking with it through thick and thin. RJ and Srdjan have done a great job keeping us all on track even through the couple months COVID shut them down. I’m happy to say they are still kickin it every day!Well done boys! ...well done!You still continue to earn my 5 Stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Bay Area Sports is so much more than Personal training. They are truly dedicated to all aspects of what goes into “ Personal Training ”.Treating not only the body, but mind and soul as well. Great gym with phenomenal trainers. Srdjan and RJ have put together a great group of trainers, they’re very committed to helping everyone achieve their individual fitness goals. In the time I’ve gotten to train with Srdjan I have learned to push myself physically and discipline mentally. Training at Bay Area you’ll learn not just how through the motion of an exercise but what it targets and how it benefits your body overall. The biggest benefit in my opinion is that Bay Area teaches that nutrition is just as important as your physical training, I’ve learned how to properly fuel my body and I’ve seen more results training with Srdjan in a few months than I have in years of trying by myself. If you’re looking for friendly, motivating coaches in a clean and inclusive environment, this is definitely the spot!

I’ve been going to Bay Area gym for about 6 months now, I train with Srdjan and he is the absolute best, he has been super helpful in helping me achieve my goals. The whole team at this gym is great and everyone makes you feel like family! Highly suggest signing up and getting started if you’re serious about wanting to see results and put in the hard work, cus these guys don’t play around when it comes to the trainings. You’ll never have a bad workout!

I have had a great experience at Bay Area Sports and Performance. As a result of the individualized nutrition plan, ongoing assessments, accountability, individualized strength training plan, and excellent coaching from my trainer Peyton, I have had definite body recomposition with fat loss and muscle gains. I had been working out at boutique HIIT group training gyms for several years without this level of results. Peyton is easy to schedule workouts with despite my changing schedule, accessible and encouraging. Highly Recommend!!!
