I am 77 years young, I am in the best shape of my entire life. Seven years ago, I decided I needed to get stronger. My physical therapist recommended starting a strength training program with Moh at Generation Fit. The physical therapist praised his expertise and strongly suggested that I go straight to him. For that I will be forever thankful. My results are unbelievable. I started with very little stability and occasional back pain despite completing physical therapy. Fast forward 7 years, I can lift a 40 pound bag of water softening salt with ease. I can do pushups and I can squat multiple sets with weights and I have never felt better. My energy level is through the roof. I love telling people my age to watch their reaction on their faces. My children are astounded at my vitality and my physical strength. I have become an inspiration to them. This is the coolest thing ever! Moh has helped me get tremendously stronger despite my physical limitations. His knowledge of fitness strength training is second to none. He is able to draw from several disciplines to create the appropriate program. There is no "cookie cutter" program at Generation Fit. The staff is very welcoming, inspiring and motivational. I love walking into the studio and comparing notes with other client's working out. I feel like the instructors at Generation Fit care about my well being, they treat me like family. Generation Fit is my home away from home. I look forward to each session to renew my inspiration and enjoy the positive atmosphere. I would recommend Generation Fit and their staff to anybody that is looking to change their body, mind and lifestyle. On a side note, in addition to all of these accomplishments, I got to lower my body fat to 12% and increase my muscle mass. I HAVE MUSCLES!! This was the best decision of my life.

I never thought I would engage into any kind of physical activity that requires straining. I suffer from anxiety and occasional debilitating panic attacks. I never thought I would be able to work out and get my heart rate up. I was too scared to have my heart race and not be able to bring it back down. I suffered from constant back pain and I had surgery on my hip. My friend suggested that I start a strength training program at Generation Fit. I started with Moh and I was scared at first, he immediately put me at ease and assured me that we will have a very easy start. His explanation/education on how the process works and my overall fears of starting gave me the confidence to trust him with my condition and I have not regretted it. Moh has been able to ease me into the training program with very little impact on my condition. I was able to be consistent with my training and slowly but surely I started getting stronger and more fit. I went from doing 10 squats on the bench to multiple sets of 25 with needing very little recovery time. My back pain went away within a month. I am able to stand up for long periods of time with little or no pain and I am so excited about it. The atmosphere at Generation Fit is very friendly and extremely positive. I always walk away with confidence and renewed energy. My panic attacks frequency has significantly gone down since I started training. Due to my ability to burn through the adrenaline with exercise I am signed up for life. Thank you Generation Fit for everything you have done for me.

I used to go to bootcamp 5 times a week for an hour each day and I was in "decent" shape. Unfortunately at one point in my life, the pain in my back became so unbearable I had to have surgery and have a cage put in my spine. My surgeon told me that I could never run again , jump or lift anything beyond 20 pounds. I was upset, depressed and scared that I couldn't get into an exercise regimen without jeopardizing my back. My massage therapist recommended consulting with Moh at Generation Fit, I was skeptical at first but soon after meeting him, became confident that there was still hope for me to get back into shape and to begin a fitness regimen again. The beginning was slow. Moh created a very carefully designed program to ensure progress without repercussions. Now 6 years later, I am in the best shape of my life, better than before my surgery. I am able to train hard and smart. I have not had any setbacks. Moh's knowledge in training me around my limitations has played a major role in getting my body and overall health back into shape. Another bonus, I wasn't able to do pushups even with training 5 days a week in bootcamp, now I can do sets of 20 on my toes on a regular basis.
