I have practiced yoga for years but I knew I needed to add weight training to build muscle. I’ve always been intimated by personal trainers and as a single mom I don’t have a ton of time to be at a gym so I put it off...and then I met Moh! His approach was exactly what I needed! He maximizes your time for the best results. No long hours at the gym. If you’re a busy professional and don’t have time to spare, you must try a session with Moh.

I started working with Moh about 6 months ago. I was overweight, weak and had horrible eating habits. Moh is so knowledgeable about his profession, human optimization, and nutrition. I can't believe how strong I've gotten, how much muscle I've built, and I've lost 40+ pounds. I spend about 1 ½ hours a week at the gym! No more killing myself for hours working out and getting mediocre results!

What an amazing experience. I came to Moh to get in shape and he has turned my whole outlook on everything around. Food, muscles development, cardio, daily activity and so much more. He is very detailed and really understands the body and how to keep it healthy. Not just for looks, but for long life, control and endurance to the end. His approach is very focused and has really helped in just 4 months. I am doing things I haven't done for quite sometime and now I do them with even more confidence and strength. Anyone should call him and really get on board with your life and start living again.

This month marks four years of training with Moh at GenFit. It is by far the best fitness decision I’ve ever made. I’ve been working out since the age of 17 and have always been relatively fit but I couldn’t get past a certain level of fitness. I never considered a personal trainer as I felt very confident in my fitness knowledge and I didn’t want someone yelling at me to get it done. I just thought I needed to work harder. Thankfully my friend introduced me to Moh and I decided to give him a try. I was pleasantly surprised in his quiet, confident manner and his expert fitness and nutritional knowledge. He took into account my long term injuries and worked around them. He constantly challenged my body with his safe training techniques. I can say with confidence that my body looks better and is in better shape now in my late 50”s than it was in my 20’s and 30’s. I can now rock a bikini!

I have always struggled with maintaining a work out schedule and my eating habits. I called Moh and set up a consultation to see how he could help me. I was worried because I have some injuries that typical gym time would make worse. He assured me that he could work around them. He was correct. Not only did he modify my workouts to suit my needs and my injuries, he gave me a meal plan that worked specifically for me and I lost a tremendous amount of weight. I felt better, I was more active, and I had more energy than ever before. There were days I didn't want to work out, but I did it, and I always left his studio feeling great. If you want a personal trainer that encourages you in a positive way and doesn't push you beyond your physical limits, Moh is that trainer for you! He is caring, and very knowledgeable in what he does.

I do one-on-one personal training with Moh. I have a degenerative knee disorder, as well as issues with my neck and shoulder. I was doing Orange Theory for about a year, and found it to be too much of a "One Size Fits All" program. I stayed in constant pain, because their program is much too fast paced and intense to be able to modify exercises to fit my needs. The instructors are not able to give attention to any one person, because there are generally 20-25 people in each class. Moh works with me to address my needs and work with my limitations. I am actually in better shape with 2 personal training sessions a week, than I was going multiple times a week to OTF. Moh also works with my unpredictable work schedule, so I never miss my workouts. Besides the fitness aspect, Moh has created a family atmosphere and everyone at Gen Fit is included in outside activities, parties, friendship and fun. I have been attending core fitness classes for a year now and while I may have missed some classes due to an injury I was able to lose and maintain losing 21 pounds - the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The instructors have deep knowledge into training people with injuries/disabilities (they know your limits). I love the friendly, supportive atmosphere and look forward to going to class each time. I used to hate exercising it's a big step for me to actually want to go and to get up each day looking forward to class. I have so much more energy and feel like I have made friends instead of being a number or paying client like most gym atmospheres I previously tried and quit. I would highly recommend the core fitness classes whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete. It will change your life.
