Moh is not your typical “personal trainer”. He is the exception to every single rule. He will evaluate your abilities to create a baseline to begin from. Then, get ready to exceed every goal you ever thought you would reach. He treats the whole person. He will help you create the HEALTH you always wanted. Moh took my dream fitness goals and mapped out a real program that I could easily follow in between sessions. You will hear him in your head on the days you don’t see him. Your body will do things you never thought you would be able to. And he makes it FUN! You will not regret this investment in yourself. He is the best coach I have ever worked with. Mo is truly a knowledgeable professional who can kick start your metabolism by providing a program you'll look forward to doing! My husband and I started during COVID and love the gym setup without the crowds.The workout is brief yet very effective, which is helpful when juggling work and family. Mo is very knowledgeable in health, wellness and fitness, without gimmicks. If your lucky, you'll meet his wonderful family and understand his work with clients is an extension of who he is and the life he leads.

Moh tells you how it is. He does it in a nice way but a firm way so you know he's not playing. He definitely keeps you accountable as well. I would have no problem is recommending generation fit to anyone looking for personal trainer that focuses on diet as well

Considering I am 77 yrs old , I am in good health but previously from working with Moh, I was definitely very weak and physically out of shape. “Exercise” was never a part of my life and was something I avoided at all costs. Facing the reality of declining years with limited mobility and potentially poor health If I didn’t do something about it, I turned to Moh at generation fit.Without a doubt, working with Moh has been one of the best decisions of my life. It’s only been 6 months, but I am enjoying improved energy, mobility and best of all, I can get right up from the floor without any difficulty. I owe that and more to Moh, whose professional skills, support , positive encouragement and friendship have made “exercise “ a life long part of my life. .
