If your looking to improve your overall well-being, this is your place. Lineage makes the fitness journey safe, comfortable, and exciting! The gym members/coaches keep each other accountable and that exactly what I needed. The workouts are thoroughly planned and can be adjusted to all fitness levels which makes it great for everyone. I love this gym and the people that come with it. I encourage anyone who is looking to feel better to give Lineage a shot!

Very rarely do you get a gym membership that turns into a family, but this gym has that special family feel! This gym has one of the greatest cultures I’ve seen! Every member is supportive of one another and it doesn’t matter how much gym experience you have, you are welcomed and part of the family as soon as you join!

My wife tried talking me into crossfit for 10 years. It wasnt until I came to Lineage for a "bring a friend" day that I got interested. From the minute I walked in the door I felt comfortable and just like I had been there for years. You will not find a more inviting, comfortable, and engaging family then the ones that have been created by Andy and the coaches here. I am proud to be apart of this family. I highly recommend Lineage over and over. You will not regret joining the family.

Hands down the best CrossFit gym I’ve belong to. Professional, encouraging, and friendly coaches. Clean, well maintained, and well equipped gym. Andy is beyond knowledgeable and will go out of his way to make sure you’re lifting safely and efficiently.
