4/5 disabled shower gets scorching hot when someone flushes a toilet in men's locker room.Gym is overall friendly and welcoming environment, the only con I can say is they don't have the declined sit ups bench with the three targets on them -(I forgot thename of the bench so thats my description lol)

I'm regular here. It's always clean and have friendly staff. I feel comfortable and safe here as a woman. The parking lot is well lit, which is a must for a woman going to the gym at all hours.

Maintenance issues with bath sinks not draining. Shower handles slip making water hotter then selected temperature. Need to be cleaned daily. But excellent customer service staff is very helpful. We enjoy.

Great gym! The staff are very friendly. I came in to sign up and they gave me a tour of the facility. They answered all my questions. This gym has everything you could ever want for $24.99!!!!! Shout out to the manager Mike! If he is not busy with a customer, he is cleaning. I've noticed if the equipment does break, it gets fixed pretty fast but there are multiple of a lot the machines anyways. The hydromassages are really cool. It is also not too packed like some of the other gyms. Definitely worth checking out!

Happy to say, Issue has been rectified. Zoey was able to change home location to Clearwater..Thank you very much...Bought black card with silver sneakers a year ago, was going and using tanning after work out. For reasons unknown st Pete was listed as home store eventho I purchased at Clearwater. Was told by manager they never offered it. So now I am crazy and I Bought this at st Pete?? No..When asked for owner to contact me, that fell on deaf ears. Told to get black card for $24.95 a month to use there, although I have the black card already!!! My money will spend at a different location.

Gym is fairly clean compared to other planet fitnesses. My biggest complaint is the internet. It is absolutely terrible! The wireless is so bad that it interferes with my internet from my cellular service. I'm not the only one who experiences this as I've had conversations with others about the exact problem. It shouldn't be that difficult for the owner to upgrade wifi and it makes a huge difference in my experience as a customer.

Great facility , Nick , who works front desk at nights , is very helpful , always cleaning and making sure any of your needs are met . Offers helpful exercise tips . All around nice guy . I enjoy the late hours PF is open . Well stocked with sanitizers .

This gym has everything you need. Love the recent daily polls the staff is doing for engagement!Edit 7/24: sad to say the gym has gone downhill. The machines are falling apart (see stair machine picture) and I was told that all equipment is being replaced but unfortunately it’s just cardio equipment. Weight machines are out of order for months at a time. This is so frustrating.

All the staff is beyond niceBuilding is clean.. equipment is not... the heart rate does not function on most equipment.take the time to clean and maintain the equipment other than the guests doing it. That's all I ever see still is guests cleaning equipment.Some of the equipment fixed now but not all. And I actually saw someone clean!!!Half the hydromassage have been down all the equipment needs cleaned by where people's feet goes.Who ever responded ... I'm not the manager/owner hire someone to manage your people it's not your clients job... You go tell them. Just like it's not their job to clean the equipment.... Jeeze

We love this gym. The place is clean and the temperature is great inside during these cold months. There is a lot of equipment and we have never had to wait for a machine even when the place is crowded.
