I visited this gym while I was in the area. Customer service is GREAT here. I was greeted as soon as I came in by everyone behind the front desk. Alfonso was very kind and enthusiastic, showed me around and answered all my questions. I had an excellent experience.

Nice clean facility. Staff is very nice and friendly. The only thing that bothers me is people get on a machine and then they start messing with their phones and they take forever

Signed up for this gym a few months ago and I love it! It’s never crowded and the staff is so friendly! Jordan gave me my initial tour and he was great!!

I'm a big fan of this location... I've been to many Planet Fitness locations but the staff at this one surely go out of their way. This location is exceptionally clean and functional with all the equipment in working order.Whomever does training for new hires here does it well, I was greeted by a new hire named Haley and she made me feel welcome and now whenever she's at the front desk she says hello or goodbye and honestly the entire staff is extremely friendly and approachable. Awesome job y'all. While I'm in Clearwater, this is my preferred place to sweat! Cheers. 🤙🏼

Amazing staff that went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for and keep the machines clean! Haley and Jordan were the nicest! Both were fit and set a great example for the rest of the staff! The inside is up to date and machines are NEW! 10/10
