Was not at the location for over 12 months. Went to cancel membership and was told i owed the yearly fee and a month. How are you going to charge those fees when someone was not at your location for over a year. Totally unacceptable. You cannot cancel your membership without coming into the building. You can sign up online but not cancel?

Vincent is a Fantastic representative of planet fitness. Vincent. Is extremely friendly I believe he know everyone name He always say good morning Steve or whatever the persons first name. He is very helpful explaining how to use the various equipment. Vincent constantly cleaning the facility.

This is by far the best gym I have joined to date and I’ve been going to the gym 15+ years. It’s clean and the equipment is new. The staff is always cleaning the facility. Vince is usually there early on the morning when I come. He’s always welcoming and so friendly to my wife and I. Very happy with Planet Fitness
