Ever wanted to experience what it's like to be on a ghost ship? Look no further than downtown Cleveland. I was a member of Titan's (prev. management) for 6 years and it's gone significantly downhill in the past few months as Alpha Legends to the point I'm pretty sure no one is actually managing at the moment. As other mentioned, you step over a homeless man to swipe in and enter the building in the mornings. Half of the treadmills are broken, most fitness machines visibly broken, there's weight plates littered all over the ground, and I'm pretty sure the place hasn't been cleaned in a couple of weeks. I have no idea if they're still accepting new members so I'm writing this in case they are - STAY AWAY.

The gym is pretty decent. I saw all the essentials. It was pretty quiet. I think it'll be even better when the smoothie bar is set up. It might be a good idea to have staff a little more often.

The gym equipment is old. I was a member in 2012 and it's 2022 they still have the same equipment. Staff is nice and it's never crowded when I've went

There’s literally a homeless man sleeping inside the front door and you have to step over him to swipe your card. Everything is broken and dirty. Smells bad and musty. a/c hardly works. Weights are never re-racked. Front door sometimes gets stuck and you can’t get in at all, I had to walk back home once because I could not get in. The girl at the front desk is great but she’s only scheduled for like 3 hours per day during weekdays so most of the time there’s no one there. My wife doesn’t feel safe to be there by herself. No one answers the phones. No way to contact via email. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone to cancel your membership or ask them to fix something.

Their health protocols for the pandemic are as follows: equipment in the weight room exactly where it was before, no social distancing, a bottle of hand sanitizer in the basement, and several empty ones mounted on the wall. No one wears masks, including the people who work there. At most there are two or three bottles of disinfectant to spray down the equipment (bottles that are touched by everyone). Go else where. This place is a joke. I’ll be canceling my membership as soon as possible.

The equipment is in HORRIBLE shape here. Notably, the ellipticals are broken (don’t ride smoothly, missing pieces, phone stand missing) and old. Downstairs in the basement (which is freezing during the winter), equipment breaks all the time and it takes AGES to fix (if it’s ever fixed). One of the door key card scanners has been broken for MONTHS and they refuse to fix it.Don’t try asking for things to be repaired, IT WON’T DO YOU ANY GOOD.Waiting for the day another gym opens downtown! Don’t waste your money!

I recently moved from CLE to North Carolina. I called to cancel my membership over the phone but they wouldn’t let me cancel over the phone. They told me I had to cancel in person, otherwise I had to send them documents proving that I moved out of state. Completely unnecessary and absurd. I’ve canceled gym memberships without a problem over the phone easily before. I have never run into this. I’m embarrassed for this business, trying to make it as difficult for people to discontinue giving them money. Figure out how to make an honest dollar. The gym was average at best. Not very nice.

Overall, it is a run down gym. No COVID policies. They also hide the contracts from you and tell you to sign without giving you the opportunity to read it. I had to ask each time and only got a short summary by mouth of what it said. I would avoid.
