Decent gym but the front desk workers dont even give you the time of day when you come in. What happened to greeting guests at the front door? The only one who does this is the old man. Everyone else just ignores me

Totally a bs place to train and work at. They treat their employees like garbage even though they say we are a “family”. Jermaine is legit the worst manger I have ever witnessed. Never gets anything done. They lie and hide hidden fees in their memberships. They also haven’t payed one of my co workers since last December. Yes last December. I was sick one week and even though I had people cover me and I even had a doctors note but Jermaine ego is so inflated he doesn’t even listen to you and just fired me even though I had a doctors note. Also the gym is disgusting. Gym is definitely going down hill. Only worked there for two months and during that time we probably had close to 100 people canceling their memberships. Terrible place

A clean and well maintained facility with a wide range of equipment and classes. 24/7 during the week is very convenient.

Clean, spaced, & most have mask when moving around (only a few outliers here and there). Nice equipment for my needs (free weights, leverage / hammer strength...). Excellent staff!!

Great gym, I'm an active member. I earned my pro card as an IFBB Pro. Every piece of equipment you could need is at all these locations.

Fitworks has been my second home for many years. The staff is friendly, the gym is clean so I always feel safe working out. This gym has allowed me to reach all my fitness goals and I would highly recommend to anyone from the experienced level to beginner.

Used to enjoy going here, yet since the pandemic started, they have consistently not enforced the mask mandate, leading to a large number of members and occasionally employees completely ignoring it and not wearing masks. I have attempted to contact them numerous times and it has led to nothing, although they keep assuring me they are "trying their best." I continue to see employees conversing with individuals not wearing masks without saying anything to them regarding the mandate. No one seems to care here that the pandemic is the worse it has been.

I have been a member of this gym for over 15 years. I love the atmosphere, specifically the classes. Fitworks offer yoga, spinning, strength training and much more. If you are over 60+ years of age be sure to try the Siver Sneaker program.

Worst gym experience I’ve ever had. Don’t let them fo you into thinking it will be month to month. They’ll con you into a one year contract and then say you should have read the fine print. Will never ever go back

Before the pandemic, the gym was fine. Nothing special. But today I decided to cancel my membership because I do not feel safe going there. Also today was the first day of a government-mandated mask-wearing policy and from the front desk, I could see at least five people in the gym without a mask. So clearly this policy is not being enforced. In the future I would like to come back to this gym but until things improve, I will just continue to exercise at home.
