After being a member for almost one year and having used the studio frequently I moved away from downtown and joined a location closer to my new address. I called OTF Downtown requesting a cancellation of my membership there and explained my situation. The studio manager didn’t even try to facilitate my cancellation and told me that I needed to complete my cancellation in person. All other studios that I know (Rocky River and Uptown) are way more helpful and considerate. Stay away from this studio, all they want is your MONEY.
