My son has been coming to British swim school for about 9 months and loves it. The instructors are all great with him even when he’s having a bad day, which anyone with a toddler knows happens often! We looked at other programs and they were all a set number of classes with very limited availability. British swim is great because each class runs several times a week and at various times and it is a continuous program. As soon as he masters the skills of one class, he moves up to the next level which allows him to keep progressing. We are very happy with our choice to come here.

Looove this place! Everyone is so nice and accommodating, the instructors are great with kids. My kid has ms Chrissy and loves coming to her class. The kids all enjoy their time and have a lot of fun.

BSS is an excellent swimming school. The coaching staff is very professional and detail oriented. I would definitely recommend BSS to other kids who are passionate about learning swim.

I’ve had my 2 daughters with them for almost a year. Back in the summer I put a freeze on the account to go on vacation and I still got charged once I came back I spoke to them about the charge they kept on telling me they wanna speak to management and get back to me to reimburse for the following month never heard from them. After another month they wanna charge my account payment didn’t go through, I spoke to them again they said you have toMake payment and never cared about the reimbursement they kept on telling over and over again they have to speak Managment. Then canceled my daughters from classes due to payment didn’t go through. I called them and went to the location to show them proofs and mistakes they did no one seemed to care and told me we can’t reinstate account. All I wanna say is be-careful on getting charged if you put account on freeze you will never get reimbursed.

Good place to get your child used to the water and be water safe, but very expensive for the very little time they get to be in water.Had a few lows in the beginning due to the instructor, but it was better with a different instructor.Although hey say kids get to watch other kids and learn but don’t completely like that kids are supposed to sit out and wait for their turn while they could practice blowing bubbles or kicking etc.

My son has a handicap and this swim school has been very accommodating to his condition. He had learned a lot from their school and he is swimming properly and learning safety techniques. There are only up to 4 kids per class which allows the instructor to really help each student. The only thing I see affects the students negatively is that there is a different instructor teaching the class far too often. I can see that it slows down the learning process. And with my sons handicap it can be annoying
