Gb3 Clovis

When I went to work out miss thing at the front desk with brown hair and glasses wouldn't let me and was a totally rude about it. She was extremely racist and completely ignored me when I was trying to settle it. Hope she gets fired

Good variety of equipment, nice facility overall. Pool and sauna are good bonus. Wish there were machines for forearm, wrist and grip

Love this Gym!!! I always enjoy the friendly customer service from the people working here. I definitely want to recognize Danny and his Crew Savana, Mason, Haley, Rhett, Nate, Caesar, Jane, Kyler and anyone I may have left out that always seem to make my workout that much better. Thank You GB3 Herndon and Fowler for going the extra distance because that’s what makes people want to keep coming back 💪💯L. Thomas Dixon

Employees at the front desk where entrance is- have a very stand-off demeanor. Never makes eye contact or greet upon arrival or when leaving. Yet, they are very talkative and sociable when their friends are behind the desk with them- all with their phones in hand.Whenever we ask them a question, they always roll their eyes or answer with an attitude like we are a bother to them.Some also have referred us to go visit the website for the information.Very, very rude employees, to say the least.The gym is always, always jammed packed with people.. almost like a zoo of humans.Very limited machines available...Had to wait awhile for some to come available.Almost all the machines were very rusty and needing lubricant/oil or some kind of maintenance.Some of which was hard to even move the weight amount because of how rusty it was.The ventilation in this gym is horrible. Super humid and stuffy.You can smell strong bleach/chlorine upon opening the front entrance door to the gym.The pool/sauna/steam room area was messy and did not have any plastic bags available (the ones provided by gb3 for people to put their wet clothes in).The showers had hair in every stall..I let the maintenance person know. Nothing was being done.I called the next day to ask for management to call me back. Never got a returned call.Canceled membership.This gym in particular needs a lot of work.. even on the employees and their customer service.

Very clean, very professional, and all of the machines are in tip top shape. The staff there are very nice, the clientele are very polite, the pool is good and the showers are good. All in all, just another GB3: pretty much the best in town.

Nice variety of exercise equipment. I like the newer stair machines. Although, most equipments are either broken, out of order and/or torn. I do not like the awful smell once you enter the gym. I like the fast and easy check in. You just scan the barcode from your phone’s app. It is the closest and only GB3 in Clovis. I have been to the one in NW Fresno and that one was way better! But it’s too far from my house so I can not go there often. This GB3 can use many improvements.

Awesome gym, lots of equipment. The problem is.... totally packed almost all the time and.. only one lying leg curl machine so, you are guaranteed to have to wait!

I don’t understand the other reviews. Must be new people to the gym scene. GB3 has old outdated machines and owner never replaces them. Hammer Strength equipment was from the 80’s & 90’s. No Arson or Prime Fitness equipment. Doesn’t want to spend the money for equipment but takes everyone’s.

Week nights are overcrowded. It is difficult to get a good workout. The weight room is packed, and the machine equipment is dated. There are usually bikes and treadmills available.

The staff are amazing. There is a lot of space here and I can appreciate the added features of day care and the juice bar.My only complaint, they need more rowing machines. This exercise has been rated as a top one yet GB only has 4 in the entire place. He must have 500 treadmills and ellipticals but only 4 rowing machines. I have never been there when there is an empty rower for less than 10 minutes. In contrast there always a dozen or so empty treadmill and ellipticals.The staff is amazing, friendly and always greet you with a smile as they anticipate your gym number.
