My daughter cancelled her membership in September , she has proof of cancelation and called several time and they continue to keep charging her. She is a college student and cannot afford for them to keep taking money that she doesn't have or owe. RIDICULOUS!!!!

The facility is very well set up and clean. The sauna is one of my favorite parts of any gym I’ve been to. Rosie and Ashley are very helpful and friendly!

Trainer Britt is great!!!! After my third baby I knew I had to get strong. Chasing three toddlers is exhausting. Britt taught me new exercises and how to weight train. ALSO Trufit is the best gym for moms bc of the FREE childcare! Alyssa, Genna, and all the childcare attendants are so wonderful!

I haven’t been the only person that hasn’t had their account canceled when asked. my roommate and I moved out of college station and we both get charged monthly. I tried to cancel my account on numerous occasions but no matter what picture i send it “doesn’t meet their qualifications” of course it doesn’t, they want to charge me every month! They will NOT cancel your account if you need them to, but the funny thing is one time they cancelled my membership ship without me even asking to. i miss those days. awful gym as is, go to golds. it’s worth the $15 extra a month, i promise. Now 6 months later they said my account was never canceled and I owe them MORE money. This place is a scam. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE. DO NOT

This location is amazing! The staff at the front desk is always very lively and energetic. I am always greeted with a friendly smile & great energy! Also, shoutout to Emma at the front desk because she is always willing to help with anything & has great customer service. 10/10 staff !!!

If i could leave no stars i would. Do NOT enroll with this gym, they are a hassle to let you out of your membership. They will give you the run around and charge you extra to cancel.. they have you call a 3rd party and leave a voicemail claiming they will call you back and never do. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP HERE!!

Very clean and well run facility! Just moved to town and have really enjoyed my workouts at TruFit. Their new easy to use cancellation policy helped me make my decision quickly, because I never know how long I might be in town. Aujah gave me a tour of the facility and made me feel right at home! Answered all of my questions, very professional!!
