There’s been several Sundays that I’ve come at 7am (which is when they open) and sat in the parking lot hoping someone will open the doors soon but 15 to 20 minutes later…no one. I don’t recommend this place if you are on a tight schedule on Sundays and expect them to be open.Update: I left a review a year ago about how this gym is not reliable. This past Sunday 11/26/23, they were due to open at 7am. I arrived at the gym at 9 am and it was still not open and there were a handful of cars waiting. Monday 11/27/23 they were due to open at 5 am. It’s 5:15 am and about 50 cars in the parking lot waiting for them to open. I know it’s the holiday season but reliability for business is a must. I’m not sure why I still have a membership here. I think the only reason is it’s really hard to cancel with TruFit and it’s the only gym in town that has a women’s section. Which btw isn’t the best because they store all the broken equipment in the women’s section. If you are planning on joining a gym for your New Year’s resolution. I suggest signing up somewhere else.

After spending the better part of a year (conservatively) trying to cancel her membership in person, over the phone, online, etc., my wife finally got traction via a written letter. As if paying for months of membership fees when not using the facility while trying to cancel wasn’t enough, we got hit with a $50+ charge on the way out, I assume, for “not giving 30-days of notice.” Bad faith? Incompetent? Bureaucratically inefficient? I can’t pretend to know why my wife earned this treatment, but I absolutely do not recommend anyone enrolls here.

Initially, I'm awarding a one-star rating to convey my dissatisfaction, hoping for imminent improvements. Despite the gym's overall excellence, the cleanliness standards within the lockers, bathrooms, and sauna are notably lacking. Acknowledging the high activity in a college town, particularly at this bustling TruFit branch at CS, maintaining proper hygiene is essential. I suggest implementing informative signs to discourage littering, especially with empty water bottles on the floor, and considering hiring round-the-clock staff to ensure continuous cleanliness throughout the facility.

This place certainly needs to improve in many aspects.1. Cleanliness. If they would leave some cleaning supplies out, I would at least clean a spot for myself.2. Apparently only people capable of putting toilet paper in the restrooms are maintenance people, who are hard to come by.3. They won’t install ceiling fans.4. The front desk people just hang out and are oblivious to their actual surroundings, and can’t be bothered.

Have been trying to cancel for the past 3 months and still being charged. Managers are rude and employees are not very smart.

This gym is disgusting. The bathrooms and locker rooms are constantly in a completely unusable state, and I can't even blame the employees since there is only ONE janitor. And that's just cleanliness. There's something wrong with just about every machine, and management seem keen on simply never fixing any of it.And if that all isn't bad enough, management has the nerve to BRIBE reviews out of people. They give away a free expired protein bar in exchange for a 5 star review. So assume any recent 5 star review without a description is fake if you want a real idea of what this gym's rating should be. Never go here. And just a side note, the music is WAY too loud.
