Super fun gym to go to. Everyone is respectful and chill. They have a good selection of equipment as well. 10/10 best gym in college station.

TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING!! They will lose Miss Place any documents you sign! They are on organized team poor management, and they will charge you fees and sign you up for things you don’t need to get money! I will never recommend this gym to anyone! Had a horrible experience at this gym.

Super clean and organized, has a Women’s Only section which I LOVE, and a welcoming atmosphere! Coby was a great help making me feel welcome and explaining everything I needed to know about starting my workout journey here. Thanks TruFit!

Equipment has been broken for several months. The gym is always dirty and the showers are very nasty. The sauna looks like they only clean it once a month have gone to the regional manager and the store GM neither one of them gave me any answers other than for me to scan barcodes at equipment that is broken And nothing or anyone has even reached out to me

Ever since I’ve joined all of the staff has been really uplifting and supportive, they definitely take the time to remember you and encourage you.LD was the one who got me all signed up and has been super helpful and positive.I also do personal training with Jena and she has pushed me to do so much more than I ever would have! She motivates me to push myself and makes sure I’m being healthy ALL around.

My customer service issues have gotten so awful that i don't even feel comfortable working out in this trufit. I have a list of situations that i can provide in this email as track record.Issue number 1# Scheduling/poor serviceI signed a contract through Sergio and Nate fitness manager who is no longer therr.  They referred to personal trainer Mike* or Alex* i (don't remember the name) saying he  gave great service. Nobody mentioned time scheduling and he didn't like or work afternoon. He stopped being engaged after the 3rd week.I tried to attend him early in the morning but did not fit my work schedule. I go in 730am-530pm by the time I make it to trufit after it would be  6:00pm or later because of traffic and the sessions are only 30mins. I couldn't attend anything from 5am to 6am because i couldn't afford to be late to work. The one time i tried to to attend i almost got fired for running 3 mins late.So through all this i only saw him 3 times in the span of 2 months still being charged 150 plus membership that i had to see him twice a weekService was also pretty terrible he just had me do whatever it was in the day he was available so i could only do that regiment if i wanted to work something else out it was on different day that i couldn't attend.Issue 2 # Trainer service, No Fitness managerI asked a different trainer (Justin)* he is blonde and kind of buff. who I could find when i did after 3 days of looking because most trainers I couldn't find after 630pm, no managers either, on fitness side because at this point Nate had left. I don't know if the trainers taking advantage of no supervision.  When i did find i explained him the issue that me and my trainer were not working out because of time and overall service they said they would fix it I'm transferring me to another trainer, i strongly implied that i would prefer that. They just talked to my trainer and didn't really do anything. I also asked them for somebody i can contact because at this time i wanted to cancel do to the horrible service. They said they would reach out to you and provide your email they didn't do that.Issue 3 # No accountability, not freezing my account.Once I heard that news i was disappointed. My trainer still tried communicate because they spoke to him before this he wasn't as engaged. I told him that i was leaving College station for a couple of weeks for work which I was in California. Left it at that.In California expenses started to stack up  and i was still being billed at true fit. I called about cancellation or freezing my account and also explained my dissatisfaction with the way I was being handled.  Another person/trainer  told me their not much she could do but agreed that i was being managed poorly and she would freeze my account. I end coming back 2 weeks later and my account was never frozen still being billed. I spoke to her on the phone as well. Her operations manager who she was supposed to be communicating did not freeze because i didn't specify the time even though me and the other person agreed that we can freeze my account for 3 months.Closing statement: i have had serval of other text messages from other personal where they weren't helpful my situation was Never addressed with a solution. For issue 1 and 2 but i deleted them out of being upset how i was being treated. i no longer wanted to continue the program because I'm paying 150 to be mismanaged and  they couldn't tell me any reason to how i can cancel they said moving away or medical they didn't specify or go into detail what was needed.  I longer even go to that trufit as well because of the horrible service it being crowed and   broken machines i feel uncomfortable that all staff doesn't seem to know who's who's amongst each other and how i could never be directed to a person that would help.Nate was no longer here during this time and trufit still doesn't have a fitness manager so you can please help me out here.I had to reach out to a different true fit for help.Please reach back to me when this is possible to workout a solution

I love this gym and I have been a member for over a year now, but I cannot recommend becoming a member. This gym consistently has broken equipment with months before repairs are made. For example, the fly machine was fixed around 2 weeks ago after breaking down in early January. If they would get on top of repairs I would rate this place 5/5.

Nice enough staff but man there are always broken machines and it takes yearssss to get fixed. Pec deck, broken, BOTH leg extension machines, broken, always at least one cable in the middle area broken, even some of the toilets are out of order and have been that way for a while. They say “we are waiting on a part”. Always waiting on a part. These guys don’t keep an inventory of spare parts in a back room? Stuff will keep breaking so it would be a good investment.
