Can’t seem to ever open up the gym on time!!! Sitting here now, yet another Sunday gym isn’t open at 7am. Will be discontinuing membership as this seems to be a reaccuring theme with this company.multiple members here waiting who got up early on a Sunday waiting!!?

Great place except they don’t fix or replace the equipment in the women’s only area. Couple machines have been sitting broken for awhile and it’s doesn’t seem like it’s high on the to do list at all. The one has been broken since march when I joined. Please fix it Trufit, some of us are too anxious to work out in the public shared space.

If your hours are 7am-9pm sat-sun, then someone better be there at 7am to open. I waited for about an hour and no one came. That was my only time available to go that day and I wasted that time waiting for someone to show up. I saw about 25 cars come and go during that time. Paying customers that took time out of their schedules, and used their gas to come out here for nothing.

This is the first place my son has ever been in daycare & I love it! The staff is so nice & patient with my son since he is younger! definetly recommend to any moms who wanna start working out

I want to love this gym, staff are all friendly, good equipment variety, and good size gym. But everything is always broken and it’s soooo dirty. Trash is overflowing daily (even at 5am??) I’ve had a bench break and fall out from under me (yes it was latched correctly) after watching one fall from someone else last week, we told staff and nothing was done either occurrence. This gym would be great if it wasn’t littered in trash or if there was more than 2 working cables at a time.

I love the size of this gym. That’s about it. This gym is dirty, and staff did not take our complaint of a broken bench seriously which resulted in it collapsing on my friend and I the following week. When we told staff this happened, they didn’t ask if she was ok, but rather if we used it correctly, we did. This morning the gym opened at 5 after being closed Sunday night. What did we walk into? Trash literally everywhere and cans overflowing with paper towels and other trash. Equipment was laying everywhere as well and we were amongst the first there. This gym has so much potential I think the staff just needs to… staff? Lol. There are usually 4 staff members at the gym that we can see at 5am and they’re always sitting up front not tending to the needs of the gym.

I came in unsure of if I wanted a membership but Ms.Erin gave me a tour of the facility and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be getting a membership here very soon!
