I live in Texas and visit over 15 different OTF during a year as I travel for business. If you get a chance to take a class from Connie or Becky you will love this studio. This OTF is really well run.

Love, love, LOVE the coaches! They encourage, guide, and befriend you as you strive to reach your goals. Varied routines keep the workouts from becoming tedious. I really look forward to the daily challenges.

I love everything about an OTF workout from the templates, to the coach, to the music, to being in a group setting to keep me motivated! I had to be away for 8 months, due to surgery, and I missed it so much I was elated when I got "approved" to come back! It is not only the best place to workout, it is also my "therapy" as unquestionably allows me to just focus on me and successfully "surviving" the workout!

I love coming here so much!I knew I wanted a hard workout and a class environment to keep me motivated and also to get out of my house since I work from home.I was so nervous coming to my first class but fear not because the people here will cheer you on, offer guidance, and push you to do your best. It is such a positive environment and I find myself looking forward to my next class.I considered other options before I signed up but honestly, they didn't pass the vibe check for me.Thank you to the entire OTF team and Coach Connie (the coach for both my first and second class 🙂) for being so great!

The coaches are supportive but not overbearing. It’s a fun atmosphere. Each class maximizes your time so you know once you finish, you got a great workout.

I love OTF! This place and it’s staff are friendly and inviting. They have no judgements and meet you where you are in your fitness journey. I was super nervous about being out of shape and not being able to accomplish my fitness goals. They have been nothing but supportive and helpful since I started. I am a big fan of OTF and the workouts. It is like fun torture with a great playlist!

I've been an Orange Theory Fitness member for almost a year. Definitely enjoyed the workouts and the fact that it's one of the few gyms that opens early enough for a workout session prior to when I have to be at work. I recently had some issues with my membership and was contacted by Maddie the general manager to resolve the issue. Maddie was very professional and had exceptional communication while resolving the matter at hand after I felt it was not handled appropriately the first time. I will continue to recommend Orange Theory Fitness to friends/family and consider re-joining post deployment.
