Jen is without a doubt the most professional and knowledgeable trainer in Columbia. I have been training with her for nearly five years and my mobility, strength and flexibility has improved beyond my expectations. The coaches are great and work with you no matter your skill level. The entire community is so incredibly supportive and full of encouragement. If you’re thinking about trying CrossFit, I’d definitely recommend giving Bird Strength and Fitness a try!
