I will give this facility a one star because of customer service. I had a problem with my treadmill and called for service. I had recently moved into the area and was told by the Life Fitness Company to call these people. I called and gave them the make and serial number of my treadmill and they said they would get back to me after ordering parts. I told them the week I would be available to have someone come to my home. They said they would call the Friday before that week. They did not call so I called back and was told they would be calling that afternoon with the schedule to repair it. No call. So I called on Saturday and left two messages. Still no call and it is Tuesday. I will be letting the Life Fitness Company know how this was handled.

This store is smaller than it appeared s everything ranges from mid 1,000 to above. If you are looking for affordable this is not the place to go.
