Love the class sizes and the individual attention to each person. Mason is very knowledgeable and makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable no matter how little experience a person may have working out. Wonderful gym!

If you want more than a workout- this is the place for you. The programming for classes here is intentional and focused on strength building-you don't often find this kind of specificity in a group fitness setting. The instruction of Mason and his staff is the best in Columbia. I love that class sizes are kept small so I get individualized attention.

MetFitness is a great place to work out. I enjoy the MetFitness classes because of the size and the variety in the class. I don’t have to plan what I’m going to do when I go to the gym and I get a great, well balanced workout.

MET Fitness is a great gym!! I realized quickly how these structured classes really have helped my overall functional fitness. Each class offers a variety of exercises to give a great overall workout. I love the intentionally of each exercise and how it adds to the series of exercises to improve your strength, power, conditioning and overall health. I also love there is science behind each workout. The coaches are very knowledgeable and are quick to modify exercises to individualize it to you. Great Gym and Great Coaches!!!

I have so many great things to say about MET Fitness! I attended group fitness classes when I lived in COMO and had a great experience with all of the coaches and other members! This gym has a community feel and everyone will quickly welcome you if you’re new. The training sessions are well-rounded and build on each other over the year so you can see improvements in yourself. Give it a try, you’ll love it here!
