It's strange because most planet fitnesses Are fantastic places I just wish my home place in Belton Missouri would update their equipment and then provide massage hydro massage lounge chairs including the lay down beds. It's sad when a lot of the equipment doesn't work correctly especially when other sites that this person manages and has have upgrades already.

It is embarrassing that on multiple occasions the gym has not opened on time due to employees over sleeping. Waking up at 5:40AM on a Sunday and driving across town to arrive at the gym only to find out no one is there to open it. Sad way to run a business especially one as respected as Planet Fitness. Please staff appropriately. PSA we are talking about at least 30-40 Min late. Wow.

I have been a member at the Nifong location for a couple of years. It's always been good place to work out, but in the last eight to ten months since the present manager Apollo has been there, with the great staff that they have, it is a GREAT place, they have kept the gym sparkling clean and friendly.Today when I had just starting my work, I noticed that my wedding band (that seems to fit a little loose lately) was missing. I mentioned that it was missing to JEFF who helped look for it. He even took everything out of the trash can that I had used, thinking that I could have dropped it while I was cleaning.This is the best staff team that I have seen...

Can’t name another place that you get all this stuff for only $25 a month. Super impressive!! Happy customer here for sure.Love this place so far. New to this gym, but all the staff members are extremely nice and super helpful!! When I’ve ever had any questions, they’ve guided me in the right direction. The machines are always clean and bathrooms are clean as well. The Hydromassage bed is AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend. I’ll be using their tanning beds here soon too. With my job I don’t get a lot of time to go get any sun besides my neck up and arms. That’s about it so it’ll be nice to have a matching tan all across my body and not two places only lol.

Don't get a membership with them they don't cancel it ever.Side note: It's crazy how the guy in the first photo cleaning off the treadmills works at every planet fitness.

The cheapest. Yet they do have most things needed except for barbells. How do you start a gym without barbells.True its bad for people who are starting out. Its a bang for your buck though.

The staff at my home club are very friendly; one or more of the staff started my Total Body Enhancement session almost every time I come in for a workout, going above and beyond in which they don’t have to do! Would highly recommend!

The manager, Scott has the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I work in Columbia and signed up because of the convenience of the gyms location. I marked Jefferson City as my home club, since that is where I live. When I got to the Columbia “club” Scott advised me they aren’t affiliated with Jefferson City and it takes 45 days to change your home store and you need to go into that location to get a barcode.I had an hour to workout on my break and already had taken my preworkout. I asked if I could call the Jefferson City store while I worked out so they could get a barcode for me. He told me “no we can’t let you in at all without a barcode”.I call the Jefferson City club and talked with a nice lady that had me not upset anymore and got me a barcode to use. I hang up with her to go back to Scott and ask him to type it in and please just let me work out…. I was already 30 mins into my hour break. For some reason after typing the barcode twice he tells me it is not working and I ask him to call the Jefferson City club, he then calls and after her telling him TWICE the same number as I told him he got it to work.Please note that during this WHOLE situation I had the contract that stated I had signed up online…. But for some reason that wasn’t good enough.

Plenty of equipment available but I reinjured my knee and had to cancel my membership, as it will be months before I can return. I called and was told you can only cancel in person and they charge an extra fee 🙄. Now I remember why I never joined. …

Early mornings is the time to go for me. Once i get done with work, I am ready to just go home.Everyone is practicing social distancing, and wiping the machines down more than normal. Which is great!!! Sometimes in the past I have witnessed members not wiping down machines after they were done. 🤨😬
