I have been going to this gym for over a year. I don't have any problems with the staff. When I first signed up and again when I added a membership for my son Mike told me in order to cancel there would be a 30 day written notice. When they changed the billing there was a sign posted with that information.

I've been using this gym for about 7 months now and would say overall I'm pretty satisfied with it.- I like how the gym is never overcrowded and you don't have to wait for equipment very often- Personally I've never had an issues with the staff, they were very upfront with the plans and how to cancel or not renew a subscription and the fees involved- Locker rooms are always clean (on of the paper towel dispensers seems to have issues a lot lol)- This gym is close to work so its very convenient for me- Also the people that go there are very nice and helpful. I'm not the best at working out techniques/posture and have had a couple people walk up and give me some pointers which I've appreciatedA couple reasons I'm not giving a 5 star (but would still very much recommend the gym):- While almost all the gym equipment is maintained\cleaned properly a couple things could be fixed. Some equipment has no padding on the bars but you can see where some used to be and I've only found two bike machines that have the electronics actually working (haven't used it in a while though)- A bit more pricey than my previous gym (Golds Gym) and doesn't have the guest deal involved (which was a nice perk). But then again Golds was always severely overcrowded and on the other side of town and I generally disliked it.

I have been with this gym now for about 7 months. I used to be a personal trainer before my desk job, so I have pretty high expectations for gyms. I really enjoy working out at pro fitness. the locker rooms are very clean and the customer service is great. Granted, I have never tried to quit the gym, but most people know gyms usually require a 1 year membership. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is because some of the equipment is a little old, but they still work well, and I am willing to sacrifice new and shiny for a lower monthly membership fee.

The gym isn't terrible once you get past the "cardio theater" where they retire their broken machinery. After you finish paying them $500 for a year of access to these broken machines, they will refer you to another company which will tell …

We really tried to enjoy this gym, but ended up being sorely disappointed. Ultimately, it came down to their customer relations. We were wary of these smaller gyms because they tend to trap you in 12-month contracts to assure their …

The billing practices at PRO Fitness go beyond merely unethical. When I initially signed up for the gym, I was told I was entering a 12 month contract that would switch to month to month afterwards. I was not told that billing was handled …

The gym is never crowded. The staff is friendly and professional, and the owner is a great guy also. The layout of all of the equipment groups body parts together and flows very well. Most of the other gym goers are polite and respectful also. Pro Fitness is simple yet effective.

Where's the option for 0 stars? That's what they deserve. This company has been nothing but stressful to deal with. The employees have no idea what they are doing when signing people up. I first went into the gym January 2015 excited to try the gym out. Paying for a month, signing my name electronically (assuming she ran my card as credit), there was no mention of a contract or being locked in with this payment for 12 months. Payments came out automatically which didn't bother me at the time when I was using it. When March came and I went maybe 3 times due to my busy schedule, I tried to cancel at that point and they said I had to call a third party number. When I called the number they stated no I was in a year contract. PRO Fitness took my initial payment signature and attached it to their ridiculous contract that they never let you see or read through obviously when signing you up for this expensive commitment. I contacted my bank and had them stop payments in July after already not using this membership since March. I have now, in September, received a collection letter with finance charges applied stating this money is owed. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!! Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!

Giving this gym even a one star rating shouldn't be applicable. I gave this gym a go for 3 months and could no longer take it. I'm not even sure who is in charge of this place. The workers sitting behind the desk have no idea whats going on which I would probably put blame on the management staff. To test this theory out, I went into the gym on 3 separate occasions to inquire about gym membership prices. Each of these occasions, I was given a different rate ranging from $25 per month to $43.39 a month. So, to no surprise I took the lesser of the 3. After joining, it was clearly obvious that this gym lacked customer service and had zero management skills. The equipment is all outdated and half of the cardio machines are faulty. The locker rooms are usually disgusting and the cooler for pre and post workout drinks is usually empty. The gym has a cool lay out and is never busy but as an overall experience, the WORST gym I've joined by far. Have fun cancelling your membership as they have it set up through a third party.

This is by far the best gym I've ever been to. My kiddo loves the daycare, and the woman who runs it (which is a total plus for a stay at home mom). Everyone that works there seems to be very nice and helpful. Mike (the manager) is ALWAYS willing to help with any questions or concerns. I'm currently participating in the personal training and love it. Drew is amazing and makes me feel very comfortable. I've also tried a few classes and like them (although the classes aren't for me). Overall, I would send anyone this direction if looking for a gym.
