The new owner has run this gym into the ground. It's dirty, things have been broken or unfinished for months and the new owner has the audacity to double the monthly rate. Run far away from this place. So sad because I use to love this place, the classes, the coaches and the old manager. Attached are pictures of the cleanliness of the gym, hazardous piles of wood, a security camera facing the wall and a file box full of member's personal information out in the open.

first thing first, if I could give this place zero stars I would. this place has poor management and the owner is the worst. my husband went last year to get a 1 year PREPAID membership with this place. my husband made is absolutely CLEAR with the manager at that time, Steven, that he wants a 1 year PREPAID membership. Steven agreed and signed my husband up. Steven didn't explain anything about CONTACTS with this gym, before my husband signed the paperwork (shows you poor management skills, you need to explain to your customers the front and back end of the paper work we are about to sign.) after my husband paid and signed his paperwork he realized they charged him OVER $100 for the membership. my husband went back and told Steven about it. Steven asked if he wanted his money back or if he would like to extend his membership for couple of month, my husband choose to extend the months of the membership. couple months went by, my husband joined the military. He went to snap and asked Jim (the owner) if he can just give his membership to me (his wife) so I could use the gym. Jim agreed and gave the membership to me (note, my husband already paid for the 1 yr PREPAID membership.) couple more months go by ( its end of November) my husband looks at his bank account and saw that snap has charged him $479.40 (there was NO NOTIFICATIONS, PHONE CALLS, NOTHING about getting money taken out of our account, they took money out WITHOUT our CONSENT). we called snap and spoke to Jim, Jim made it seem like he understood the situation and was going to help us get our money back. we didn't extend our membership and we had until next year January until our 1 yr PREPAID membership expired. the next day my husband called snap and a young lady answered he explained the situation again and she said she would talk to the owner about it. we got a call back from her stating that they don't have to give our money back cause we signed a "contact" which is NOT TRUE. my husband mad it EXTREMLY clear with the manager at the time he wanted a 1 yr PREPAID membership. I have called multiple snap fitness they laughed and said there is NO CONTRACT with snap. when we tried to contact the owner again he BLOCKED my husbands number so we have no way to contact him. when we called snap again the young lady answered and told us she will have Jim call us back (which NEVER HAPPENED). he's been advoiding us, we have been nice to him throughout but now we were getting impatient. to make matters worst, couple days ago they took 479.40 AGAIN but the next day we got our money put back in. but we are still missing 479.40 from our account from end of NOV. I called my bank to get this disputed cause this is fraudulent activity on our account. we did not GIVE SNAP FITNESS CONSENT TO TAKE MONEY OUT WHENEVER THEY WANT. YOU'RE STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. I will be returning the snap key to the gym Saturday and we want nothing to do with snap again (even though we had until next year January we are just fit up with this situation). I have also called corporate but they also suck at replying or answering phone calls. it shows you they don't care about their customers either. PLEASE make sure before you sign up you get the ins and outs of the "CONTACT" your about to sign cause they WILL SCAM YOU. and also make sure you check your bank accounts to see if they charged you more than they are supposed to or "re-sign" you back to the gym without your consent.

It's like the Kiosk of fitness gyms. It's very small (apartment size) no variety in equipment, nor do they offer fitness classes. The only thing they can offer you is the fact there open 24-7 and it's cheap, and that's about what you're going to get. If you want variety in your workout, I would look at joining a Y or a Golds.
