If you're looking for space and squat racks, come here. There are other cardio machines and miscellaneous equipment behind the desk as well.

This is a nice gym with a lot of weights and space to work out alone or with a group. We ran our ACFT for a small group here and it worked well.

This gym is "ok" for a short term Service Member. But it is not ideal for a long term place to call home for a gym. Way too hot! Over 80° consistently in the weight room. Too many at once between 0600-0700. If you are coming to Ft. Jackson to train I would suggest another gym.BUT the staff there is phenomenal! Very kind and ALWAYS cleaning! Hats off to the staff!

Great place!!! Staff is respectful, on top of maintaining the gym and making sure everyone is following the rules. The gym overall is very spacious and has all the equipment you need, for Olympic Lifting, crossfit, traditional lifting and getting ready for the ACFT.

For the military of course. But kept super clean and a lot of the newer equipment in the main gymnasium is modern hammer strength racks with plenty of space to get the job done. I'll give it a five-star once the covid restrictions are gone.

Place is perfect for cross fitters, no mirrors anywhere so you don't have to try to correct your horrible form, or see the dad bod with zero gains you've been working so hard to maintain. Also the covid police is real here. They'll come up to you if you are having a conversation with someone. Social conditioning at its finest. Go to Perez for a real gym experience.

Great gym for any workout. Very spacious and has all the gear for the ACFT, if that's what you're looking for.
