This is an excellent gym, especially if you like doing more than just weights. I enjoy taking classes during the colder months and then diving at the Beach Club when the weather's warm. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

*Both Locations*I'm blown away by these facilities. From Administration to Instructors, everyone is so sincerely kind and accommodating. There are SO many classes throughout the week to meet my ever changing work schedule and the place is always clean and inviting. It has changed my expectations in what a gym membership really is. Thanks Team!

Our instructor, Travis, made jumping into the rowing/spin class on my first day AWESOME! He pushed me farther than I would have done on my own with weights or cardio - but the right amount of modifications. I’m hooked! Sign me up.

Wilson’s has literally helped me and guided me from being overweight, weak, and struggling with several injuries. Every single employee has supported me, lifted me up, and taught me how to be fit!Going to Wilson’s is fun!, not work!Now I’m much much stronger!
