I have been a member for just over two weeks. It’s good enough for the price you pay. The equipment is complete and easy to use. The staff are helpful. I just wish the lockers were bigger.

I've been a customer for many years. The facility is well managed, clean, more than meets my needs. I play racquetball, and the courts are well lit, clean, very nice to play on.

The gym is crowded most of the time, but it is serviceable. The personal trainers use the same area as everyone else with their clients, and almost all of them are really entitled and rude. That's my least favorite part.

Very greedy company. Tried canceling our membership a few weeks before our year was up and they told me we had to wait until closer to the date of our year long contract being met. So we went out of state on vacation and tried canceling as soon as we got back, and they told us we were a few days past the 30 day notice and now have to pay for another full month. Extremely unhappy. Not to mention they wouldn't let us take our kids off the daycare membership for the full year even when circumstances changed and we didn't need the daycare. That is absolutely RIDICULOUS..... oh also, after I left this review, they pretended to care and asked for my email to then which I promptly responded leaving my address both here and sending them an email personally hoping to have a resolution. NO response at all. No genuine concern to reach out. Even worse impression than before. They weren't even honest about their intention to contact me.

The highlight of my week is taking a Body Step class at Wilson's, which is included in my membership. The trainers are top notch and the gym is always clean! I've been a member since 2012 and will continue to be for years to come.

When I lived in Columbia, MO, Wilson's Fitness was an amazing place to workout. I LOVED all of the fitness classes. Lisa Kent was beyond the best instructor I ever had... she has amazing energy and her passion for Body Combat was so intoxicating. I miss her Saturday morning classes! If you are new to COMO or are looking for a place to workout... Wilson's is a MUST!

I started going to Wilson's after the local Gold's Gym was closed. It's a serviceable gym but feels a bit overpriced for what you get. I only lift and use the cardio machines there, and I wish there was an option to not have all additional features bundled with your membership, but I do understand it makes things more accessible to the full clientele. My only real frustration is an encounter I had with one of the trainers; she was an older woman training someone and they were chatting in front of the cubbies where members store their belongings, and I walked up slowly to grab my jacket. After I took out a headphone and said "excuse me" I received a long glare from the trainer. I even did a double take, because she'd always looked friendly when I saw her helping other customers, but I guess unless you're getting personal training, there's no point in putting on a nice faceGood gym (and far superior to Planet Fitness) but if Gold's came back I'd switch without hesitation. I just feel like paying customers should at least be treated with politeness by the staff.

If you want to do weight lifting or bodybuilding, don't go here, those personal trainers will come to you if you drop weight, or take the shoes off for some special training purposes(I have to drop the weight because I don't want to hurt myself). However, if you just want loss weight, or for light weight training, you can go there for training and don't break any rules which mentions on the contract, so please read the contract carefully before you sign the contract. Personally, I like the gym, but not those personal trainers, they are not very friendly.

Great gym! My membership covers all three locations and includes the MAC. Each location is close to or has direct access to a trail-head for those that like ditching the treadmill in nice months but still like hitting the gym before and after a run. Facilities are clean and well maintained.Only downside is that all locations don’t open until 10am on Sunday. Even the 24 hour downtown location is strangely closed from 8pm Saturday until 10am Sunday. For those of us who like to get our workout done and out of the way early every day, this is problematic.Overall, great gym!

I've been going to Wilson's for about 6/7ish years now. I LOVE IT! I have access to all locations. Forum is amazing and has a HUGE facility with a spectacular indoor pool for lap swimming. I recently started going to the District and learned it's way less crowded and I can use all of the machines without having to wait. I also love the outdoor pool and is great to be able to soak up some rays and relax after a workout at Forum. The employees are always super friendly/helpful and the facilities are clean. It's definitely worth the money and is by far the best gym in town. The only thing I wish was different was accessible parking at the district. I work downtown and have to walk about 1/2 mile which isn't a huge deal if the weather is ok. I would recommend Wilson's to everyone!
