I still keep getting charged even after the manager on site canceled my account and no refund was issued even though I still went the same day it was charged. Not to mention that same manager was the one that told me to come back in may that it wouldnt charge automatically and it sure did. Im completely upset you guys have automated machines that dont address or have a solution for this matter. The manager also told me I was going to get a refund of the entire year because it is a yearly payment. I haven’t been to 24 hour fitness in forever because its super unsanitary and the odor levels are disgusting.

Been coming here for two years now. A lot of machines need work and a lot of people hugging/baby-sitting machines while doing a different workout. The staff doesn't really care. Restrooms are the same as your local gas station. After my membership expires I'm looking for a different one.

The gym in Compton is clean and friendly. There are plenty of treadmills, stair climbers, and bikes but needs more weight benches and dumbbells.It does get very crowded during peak hours, 1-6pm. I will have to try earlier in the day and later in the evening.Over all it is a good gym experience.
