Awesome gym!Kim and Freddy are great, super knowledgeable and always willing to help. This gym is equipped with all of the weights and machines you could ever want and setup for all types of training styles. Have been a member of this gym for close to 8 years. Fantastic place to train. Kim and Freddy have put their heart and soul into this place. It has everything you need to keep your mind and body in top condition! Would recommend to anyone. Great place for law enforcement and veterans, too!
