Wife and I joined a few weeks back, and are loving it. Of all the gyms we visited in the Concord area, this one is the best; they have all the equipment and free weights you need to accomish whatever goals you have in mind. The owners are very friendly and approachable too. Will recommend to anyone in the Concord area for sure.

Freddie and Kim run an awesome facility here. Always friendly, very clean, and an awesome place to workout.They offer private Training as well that'll help you get to the next level.Can't recommend them enough.

Awesome gym, only 24 hour around with anything u need, planet fitness has got nothing on this place, also expert trainers... Really know their stuff
