I liked the workouts the trainer had me doing. however the rules aren’t flexible for the average person. I work 8-5 and have to immediately go, THEY can make a mistake and forget to book you but you can’t reschedule a work out session. I’m all for policy and procedure but working out is an intimate relationship and shouldn’t be so strict. You can’t lean on the wall, and my trainer seemed to have little patience with me. All while verbally telling me it’s ok you’re doing fine but if I don’t do a work out form right she seems irritated I didn’t like that. Also, the price. It’s crazy. Bc it’s not worth it to me. She encouraged me to get the 12 session for 385 which includes monthly assessments, body fat testing, nutrition coaching, expert advice, weekly follow ups, health options, grocery list, and a nutrition guide. I receive NONE OF THIS and I came for weeks. So they can mess around and not uphold there end but you are required to and continuously take your money. I pay half of that price now with more access to the gym facilities, better customer service, and interpersonal skills. I felt very excited at first bc of my weight gain but quickly changed. Great decor though.Incident: I had no idea I had to stay over for work until the last minute and I couldn’t reschedule whoever responded didn’t even give any additional options just a typical it’s nothing we can do email.Now I’m not one of those people that just make bad reviews and is overly picky about things I like to go with the flow but this place is hugely overpriced and you DO NOT get the things advertised to you so they should give back refunds for unsatisfactory services. You sign a contract stating you will get these service and if you don’t that means their part of the contract was not upheld meaning the contract is voided. Just saying.

If you are looking for the best training experience with someone that genuinely cares about your overall health, mentally and physically, come to Charlotte fit! I have been working with Taylor for a while and can say that she has pushed me further than I could have ever gone on my own and I absolutely love coming back every time. Her work outs are challenging and the environment is empowering, especially for women. Do yourself a favor and check her out!

I have been so proud of the work she has done to build her brand and bring greater awareness of living a healthy lifestyle in metropolitan Charlotte. As a trainer, Taylor is committed and compassionate. She listens, sets goal with her clients, and pushes you to exceed your self-imposed limits. If you are thinking of getting healthier, CharlotteFIT is an excellent and supportive environment!

I have been with CharlotteFIT since 2 years. It has been such a positive experience. I had severe back pain from herniated lower disc. I came to Taylor after trying many other options to help me strengthen my back. We had steady progress over the years. She listens to me and designs the workouts based on my tolerance. I am in better shape now and my back is much stronger. She also councils on better health habits to accompany the workouts. She will not sugar coat anything! and I love her for that.Definitely worth trying her out if you need to get into better shape and improve your overall well being.

Taylor is a wonderful trainer! I worked with her for 6 months to get back into a routine of moving my body during covid and am so impressed with my results and strength that I have built back up. The entire staff at Charlotte Fit is welcoming and responsive and are well versed in working with all bodies but especially women, and women of color. Definitely check them out if you are looking for a trainer!

I’ve been training with Taylor since July and she is absolutely amazing! I was always intimidated when it came to personal trainers but as soon I had my consultation all those fears melted away. Signing up was one of the best decisions I made in 2020. Also may I add her gym is spotless and she is constantly sanitizing, I feel completely safe! If you are considering getting a personal trainer I HIGHLY recommend Taylor, I promise you will not regret it!

Taylor has pushed me further than I imagined any trainer could. I had no idea I was even capable of the majority of exercises and strength training she has me do on a daily basis. Taylor doesn’t just focus on your fitness but your overall mental health and nutrition. Her dynamic all female training studio has equipment that you find only in luxurious gyms. Her studio offers yoga and other fitness classes that are discounted for members. Training with Taylor, will help you get stronger and target your specific fitness goals. One other important note is that she sanitizes all equipment before and after it’s used. You will not be disappointed!

I enjoy going to the gym so when the gyms closed back in March of 2020, I was at a loss. I saw Taylor’s posts through social media and became interested in the virtual classes she offered. I was used to group fitness classes so going to a trainer was new for me. At our first meeting she listened and took note of my health and fitness goals. She offered suggestions and designed a workout to fit my needs as I balanced work and family. Each subsequent workout was unique and fit into my schedule.At Charlotte Fit, the ambience and atmosphere is encouraging and has a variety of fitness levels. In the time I have been going there I have never repeated a workout and each workout pushes me to get stronger. I love the accountability Taylor provides and the lack of judgement.If your looking for a place to workout and lose unwanted pounds in a positive atmosphere, Charlotte Fit is a great place to start. I've shopped around for several trainers in the area and none compare to Taylor. She focuses on proper form, long term maintenance, and health coaching. She's very motivating and makes sure I'm focused on achieving my fitness goals. Since starting, I've noticed a huge difference in my stamina and strength.
