It’s very upsetting to pay nearly $200 a month for a gym that has very minimal amount of classes. That’s not the only issue. It is hard enough working 80 hours per week and trying to fit the gym in. I have arrived twice, out of all of my visits, slightly behind time and have been told the grace period is 5 minutes. I arrived at 7:05 for a 7:00am class and was still told I could not come into class any second past 7:05. It’s sad that this is the closest gym to my house and the location that works best for my schedule. I understand not allowing people to come in late but not one second past 7:05 is a bit ridiculous.

OT Concord is the rare gym that provides a welcoming comfortable environment for EVERY client while offering a challenging workout for every level of athlete. Karley is a connected coach that knows everyone in her class by name and stays with you every step of the way. Sebastian and Riley at the front desk also know you by name and take great care of you for every check in. The facility is spotless clean and the folks in class are nice, friendly and supportive. This is my go to gym in Clayton area for conditioning workouts.

What a terrible studio! I've been going here since they reopened during the pandemic and compared to the other gyms -- this place is horrible.Pleasant Hill isn't too far, if you want a better workout experience.. I'd recommend going here instead! They also have better sales associates and coaches there.* the water fountain hasn't been working for months. do you realize it is a gym?! how are you going to allow your members to be without water during their workouts.* they forgot to include my birthday on the wall. so rude to exclude your members like that.* i wanted to do a transfer between studios and they canceled my membership instead. pretty ridiculous. They don't really care about their members as much as other studios do! I would definitely not recommend signing up with Concord. You'll be much happier with another home studio. They just care about taking your money here and I get it, it's a business but the other studios exude a sense of community that make you enjoy coming back.Beware of those 5 star ratings as well, they were bribing members with t-shirts to post them.

Been coming to this location since before the pandemic. I love the staff here. The workouts are great! They change it up every day and it always gets my heart pumping! On a side note, any time I have an injury, or there's a move that's too difficult, the trainer will always assist in modifying any move. This way, even though you're not lifting heavy, you will still get sweaty!

Before Orange Theory, I could never commit to working out. I would pay for gyms and go for a month and then quit. At first, I thought OT was way too expensive and never thought I would be able to commit and continue. This is the first time I’ve been able to commit and see results from gong to a gym. I have tons of energy, I see physical result, and I feel amazing. I am addicted to working out for the first time in my life. I was planning on gong just until I met my weight goal.... but after joining I feel amazing and would recommend OT to anyone that has had difficulty working out in the past.

I cannot get enough! The variety, efficiency, and the coaching- I’ve improved in strength, endurance, and appearance in my short time here exponentially more than a typical workout. I have hypothyroid disease, and recently went from an …

OTF is crafted to fit your busy schedule. Mornings and evening workouts are offered and it’s the same workout no matter what location you attend. I go to Concord CA location and get to compare results and encouragement with my friend in San Diego, CA! Everyone can take 1 hour to take care of their body and mind. Do yourself a favor, give yourself a little you time. Experience the results! You don’t have to be a super athlete or even know what you are doing, the coaches are kind and attentive but once you get the system they will push you to successes beyond what you could have imagined before going in to the Orange Zone...

Really enjoy coming to this gym. Anyone that knows me, knows I've attended every gym in this area and hated working out. But now having been at OTF for 4 months, I can officially say I love this place. Coaches are awesome and always push …
