Amazing family atmosphere that encourages you to better yourself at every turn, both inside the gym and out. I had planned to try a bunch of gyms before committing, but once I tried TFW Coral Springs I never wanted to leave. This place defines "the real deal".

Fit bodies forever is the best place to be if you want to be a great winner in improving your body and mind. The Group there is a place all should be at. The daily coaching is on going and different every day. They are all there to really help all that want to really want to be the best. I would give them a 12 out of a 10 rating.In the past years, they have really shown me and others that you can be the best you want to be if you put your best foot forward. Thanks to all at TFW....

I am a Raving Fan of this family-owned and operated gym! There is absolutely no other like it around. They are so passionate about what they do and about serving their clientele with such dedication. Not only are they top trainers, but they also incorporate educating each one of us in fitness and nutrition, which in combination determines our overall health. Family owned and operated by the best people! I really look forward to going to the gym. The challenges are very informative and really work. The coaches are awesome and really care for your success, whether it's to lose weight, tone up or gain muscle. Everyone supports each other, it's a big familia. Dropped in for a class while visiting here. Great workout and a lot of fun. They are knowledgable and enthusiastic. Way better than a traditional gym. The cost is so low when you consider the quality of what they have to offer. A+

This gym is of a rare quality. It is big enough to offer many different facets of training, yet small enough to feel as though you are part of a family. The truth is, once you train here, you truly become part of the family. The classes are taught by siblings while the father and mother run the business side of the house. I have traveled many places in the US and abroad, this is by far one of the best gyms I've ever had the pleasure of training in. They intimacy allows them to focus on my problem areas and help strengthen them, while at the same time not taking away from anyone else's training.The bottom line is: "If you are serious about your training and you haven't stopped by to check this place out, YOU ARE WRONG!"
