I have been a PF member in Wisconsin, California and now Florida. They talk about cleaning a lot, but for more than a week now I noticed a used dental floss pick on the floor by the Life fitness machine. If they were really sweeping and mopping it would not still be on the floor 😲 I don't like seeing it, but that is someone's job to sweep it up. Maybe the manager could walk around and check the gym. UPDATE: Planet Fitness reduced their hours, closed when I can visit. Okay Thank You... Good bye, Adios, Sayonara. I know some other people are leaving also. I found another gym, that also charges $10. Per month.

Coral Springs Planet Fitness associates are very caring. Always cleaning and straightening up. Acknowledge all members and promote safety with attention to proper wearing of masks. The managers are true leaders by being present out on the floor and working with their associates.

I opologize for the my mistake I was refering the to the Planet Fitness at Coconut creek. I would like to encourage Planet Fitness to take it a step further in providing a healthy, clean, and safe environment for its customers. Have staff walk and motivate people to clean machines after they have used them. Assemble a recording to activate a determined amount of times during the day to help guide all participants to maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone's well being, because we all care. It has not improved at all. It's like they don't care. This place should be shut down, cleaned, and new management brought in. I have joined this place for a few years, and to see it in this condition saddens me and my friends.

Great gym but people need to clean equipment after use,most dont leaving yucky mold smell which makes me sick,other then that great club

***Alert Alert*** This Gym has stolen my money Don't use this facility. The GM Debbie was very stern about how refunding my fees were not an option. Also about how the owners has many locations and doesn't care that I NEVER EVEN SET FOOT INSIDE!!!the facility. I have been unknowingly a member for less than (2) months 5 weeks to be exact, and have been Charged over 150$ in fee and late plenties. Don't Not Use this criminal's facilities. Be Fair Be Warned. Scammers in the flesh!!!! Unbelievable

I like the location, but they have to focus on cleanliness: the men's restroom are always terribly dirty. They recently fixed some machines that were broken for weeks. It would be nice to insist to people they clean the machines after using them.

It's Planet Fitness. Nothing special.They're all almost identical.Except this particular location uses a built-in combination locker system, that makes personal locks unusable.

I enjoy going here and getting my workout done. And the hydromassage is the best way to end my 4 hour workout and staff is helpful and always happy to help you out with learning about a new machine.

the WORST customer service in a gym. The people at the front desk can't assist with anything or answer any questions. Apparently Debbie is the manager although I'm not sure she exists since she's never there when you ask for her. I will absolutely never return to this gym especially not this location.

Compared to surrounding gyms, it is not good at all. No idea how it has 4.6 rating.. Only gym in worse condition is the LA fitness on Coral Ridge Dr, although the staff there is much more professional.. Youfit, the one that closed way better, EOS is much better.. Why?lots of broken equipment. only one calf machine for example and been broken for months. There is no handle on some of the machinery, so you cannot adjust the seat, either they removed it manually or it has been broken forever. Some of the pull-up levers just require too much force to move or just don't move, they need to oil them. Only 2 inflatable exercise balls (1 large, 1 small).. so really only one if you want a ball to do abs' exercises, one of them they started keeping by the counter so you have to go back and forth, if it is even available, and the other has been deflated for a while now. Only one large back roller, they also keep by the counter.. Other gyms they leave multiple in the free area. Equipment layout is quite spread out for leg workouts for example. Gym overall is pretty basic if you are in for serious workout, no proper pull-up bars for example, they have what they call monkey bars or the assisted pull-up machinery which is too short if put the seat down. worst ergonomics of the machinery compared youfit, EOS, or even LAFitnessIf you go there at night, garbage bins are full, no paper towels, spray bottles empty, kid at the front desk is just hanging with friends which is cool, just keep the place tidy first. Also, not professional at all and not the best attitude especially if you ask about something.. Lots of time especially in the morning, there is no one for maybe 30 mins or over at times at the front desk, so anyone can just walk in. Massage chairs are quite worn out and sunk-in where the lumbar is so you don't really get a deep enough massage especially in the low back to make a difference . Overly priced membership for the Black Card considering what you get in return.
