Planet Fitness Coral Springs is AWESOME. I've been coming here for 4 years. The staff is super friendly, fridge always packed with drinks, locker room/shower area is clean, and an overabundance of machines and weights. The PF 360 is pretty cool. Classes are fun.Always nice to show up and be greeted by a friendly face : )

Although I have been coming to this location for multiple years and I have been pleased overall, as of the last year or so the quality of the employees and management has declined. They give the impression that they are there out of obligation.There are certain things that are just not professional. For example, various employees (including management) use flip flops, sandals, and even on bare socks to work around the gym. The gym has a policy of no open footwear for the customers, which would make you would think that they will lead by example.I usually go in the late afternoon or evening time and there have been multiple occasions where as you walk in, instead of the personnel welcoming the guest going in, they are doing tiktoks, watching movies or video clips, webcaming with other people or talking on their personal phones.Certain machines need maintenance as soon as possible, as well as the floor around the lose weights (accident waiting to happen). However, the gym recently upgraded their cardiovascular machines.Overall, they are nice people but management needs to step up and be more professional with the culture they are allowing to be created. They are updating the floor section but I seems that the company they choose has not done a good job because the floor keeps on coming up. I hope it all gets updated properly.

So I came in today around 3:15 to get a full year membership . I was told you can only sign up on the app .I asked politely if they can help me since my phone wasn’t working properly .I was told that’s the only way to do it was thru the app .You have 4 desk people working but none could help .Thank god I didn’t sign in . I went across the street and signed up for a brand new gym called EOS . They were so pleasant and easy to talk to .Planet fitness customer service sucks

I came to sign my daughter up to have her own account. I was told it can only be done through the app and she had to lie and put a different date of birth because she is 17. I left with my family and couldn't work out. No offer to help at all. Three kids at the front desk looking at their phone, no eye contact at all.

Love all the equipment at this gym. Love the free massage room. They could use some improvement keeping members from talking on their cell phones on the workout floor and in the locker room. I wish they would actively in force this while they’re walking around cleaning. Some days there are several people talking all around me and it’s frustrating.

This location has gone downhill. Their seem to be no more management or authority to make sure things are getting done. They have hired kids who I've seen just stand around, play fight, workout while on the clock and talk vulgarly around gym members. I wish management would still help the kids they hired to learn to be professional because it is a job! If they have that much time obviously too many are on the clock.

I've been a member for a couple of months and have had a fantastic experience at Planet Fitness Coral Springs. Jean the personal trainer was especially incredible. The facility is spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly.My only issue is with their archaic cancelation policy, - one is unable to cancel their membership online or over the phone but must write a letter or cancel in person. I had only intended to join for a few months, but if I had been aware of the policy I would have gone elsewhere. When I resume my membership in the future, I will go elsewhere as such a complex cancelation policy shows a total disregard for customer service. I understand this is a corporate company wide policy, and I just feel bad that a nice local team in a nice facility should be so badly let down by corporate beurocracy.

Quick & easy to sign up. Facility was clean & peaceful. I felt very comfortable. Equipment was really nice; clean and new looking. Staff were super friendly and helpful!

Today is the 2nd time I've come with a friend who used their pass to let me use the gym. With her membership, she gets to use the personal trainers and they are great. The 1st time I went, AJ trained my friend and I. It was intense and I was still feeling the soreness today. Today the trainer was Debby. And let me tell you, I thought I was going to die. She personalized my workout to make sure I was getting the full benefits. My friend is more advanced, so while she was doing her workout, Debby made me do the same but focused on my form and maximum workout experience. This has actually made me consider joining this gym so I can use the available resources, such as the trainers, to my advantage.

I WOULD PUT NO STARS IF I COULD! The quality of this gym has dropped significantly over the past year. Most of the equipment appears out dated and worn out. The music is blasting in the gym, which it even makes it difficult for me to even hear my own earbuds when I want to listen to my own music. The employees appear not interested or want to be there as they are dismissive towards customers. There are many young customers who aren't following the rules, and the staff don't enforce either. The bathroom area isn't taken care of as there appears to be a mess or lack of supplies. Overall, its worse than ever.
