STEALING MY MONEY! Frustrating beyond compare. Selected this as my home gym BY ACCIDENT, never informed it was a serious decision. Never used this membership, not once, so I called this gym and explained my situation and was told a manager would reach out to me, which never happened. This gym somehow removed themselves as my home gym, yet I was just charged. Can't even select another home gym without paying an additional membership per month? Such bull.I will never display a positive opinion of these gyms after this, no one likes a blood-sucking organization.

Is there a manger at this location? The people they hire to work the front desk are pathetic and disrespectful!!! They go in the tanning bed rooms and sleep while they are on shift. I couldn’t find them for an hour or more then decided to go look for them and sure enough in one of the room’s sleeping. This is every single morning! They are so rude and talk back to you and always on their phone or hiding in the rooms! If you want a free gym just go early in the morning it’s free you can just walk in you won’t see anyone working and if you do there head will be down straight into there phone.. if you need to use a room or massage chair check with the back rooms to find them. The manager should be embarrassed!! Go check your morning cameras for the past week you’ll see..
