I went into today to join because I saw the great reviews for this location which is next to my house.I get there young girl at counter told her I wanted to join she said ok. Told her wanted to see the 30min workout circuit she pointed over there. I go back said I like it. So the first time a trainer will show me how to use do it. No you scan the QR code and watch it on YOU TUBE! No trainer? No just for classes you can always ask another member. OK but what if I get hurt because I'm doing something wrong? Shrugged her shoulders and I walked out. WTH type of gym/business are you people running. BUYER BEWARE!
