Wonderful atmosphere in this studio! Between the warm welcome, the cool lights, the uplifting refreshments, and the excellent guidance from instructors like Jordan, I was 100% in my happy place. My favorite studio in south Florida! Will Definitely practice here again.

I LOVE YOUniversal Yoga. Great for beginners, those returning after a few years, and seasoned practioners. The atmosphere and the people are great! The teachers are absolutely wonderful. They all really care about helping you deepen and better your practice. After going to 3 classes this week I've decided this is my new yoga home and I hope you will to. It is so worth it.

I'm so grateful for my experience in the YTT at YOUniversal Yoga. Sam's vast knowledge and the overall love felt throughout the studio made the experience phenomenal! I wish that I could do it all again!

Personally, I think this was an amazing training. We had a bunch of laughs and we got everything done. Although some days left me sore, I still enjoyed it overall. This place is such a wonderful space and everyone is so loving here. Within a month, I’ve become the most confident version of myself both physically and mentally. I definitely recommend this training!

It had been a number of years since I last did yoga. Michael Cinicollo’s class was the best! It was not a beginners class but would work for beginners (my son’s intro to yoga). I got an invaluable education from Michael on which muscles to engage for each pose. It’s a game changer for me as everything seemed easier and there was no soreness afterwards! The studio was darkened with little star like lights on the ceiling which helped me focus inward and was like a beautiful flowing meditation. Thanks Michael…you’re the best!

I’m visiting from NJ. The reviews for YOUniversal yoga are true, and then some! I would rate it a 10/5 bc the people are kind, friendly and full of love and that’s what I need in a class. Also great with options to every pose making sure you’re safe, in alignment and getting the best of what you need for mind, body and soul. I plan on coming back to this studio the next time I visit.
