Maintenance of restrooms is very poor; no check on members abusing the steam room and other areas; swimming pool and steam room seem to be out of service more often than expected.Staff is friendly and helpful; overall a decent facility.

One of the worst 24 hour fitness. Can't believe how unprofessional the manager and the sales person is. He lied by telling that it is possible to have 3 months membership without having to pay extra because he can freeze the account when I want. This was later found to be untrue and I made a mistake by believing what he said - signing the year long agreement (which I realized later). The manager was not at all helpful and he didn't seemed interested in helping with this issue. Just to make that extra money (on commission) by cheating, the manager didn't want to accept his salesman's mistake. Stay away from this 24 hour location, I would rather go to another location or another gym franchise altogether.

Average size gym compared to some of the 24 Hour Fitness gyms I've been. Most machines are outdated. Showers were dirty. Staff were friendly.

Staff sucks man. Paper towels always run out. Steam room and jacuzzi are out of service half the time. Save your money go to the UFC gym as for me I’m stuck with a 12 month contact 😒 …

There's been SEVERAL recent break ins in the locker room. Management needs to put a stop to this quickly. Have the staff frequent the locker rooms. Enforce everyone to check in when they enter. Keep an eye out for suspicious activity. Otherwise mostly good experience with the staff, equipment and everything else.

So dirty and over priced.. most of the equipment both in the group workout rooms and in the general named Jim is in dire need of attention, and although I've told front desk staff about this multiple times nothing has been done about it. I'd cancel my membership if it weren't for the great group X class teachers.

Most of the equipment works so that's a plus. You may want to remind your front counter staff not to walk across the floor (from pool to front counter) with a chocolate cake (observed while on a treadmill 01/26/19)! Might as well just bring margaritas to an AA meeting!I would also suggest having your staff (especially trainers) to talk to all gym goers who are trying to be healthy. I notice in the roughly 1 hour that I'm there, 4 times a week, generally only the Male trainers talk to the "fit/attractive" females.I'll continue to frequent this location because it only about a mile from my house.

Don't come here if you have a functioning nose. I've been visiting this gym for almost a year and I can't recall a time where the air was fresh. The designers of the building obviously didn't consider ventilation. None of the windows can be opened, the front doors are never left open for air to come in and the back doors are sealed shut. It feels like being in a thermos of stench everytime you walk in there. When you step outside the air is so much fresher despite being 100 ft from a freeway
