Sometimes this place is very crowded and people don't clean after using the machines gross, they always run out out towels for you to grab and clean the machines yourself since most humans do not want to touch someone else's sweat, gross. There's a couple that works there that they are always all over each other, working out together, holding hands, touching each other...I mean I'm not against romance but come on, that should stay out if the work place, management needs to put a stop to that, they also need to clean the equipment, i swear i went 3 days straight to use one of the elliptical machines and the one next to the one i was using still had a paper towel folded in the cup holder and was dusty....the girls in the front are friendly but one time I told one that it looked like someone had peed on a cup and left it outside by the front of gym and she just said ok but never sent anyone to clean it, the pee cup and trash stayed outside for a whole day! How do I know this? Cuz next day when I went to work out i saw it... this place is a messssss.IMPORTANT UPDATE: This place opened a secondary account without my authorization and charged my credit card over 200 dollars, I have been disputing these charges since Feb and no one wants to help, staff and 2 previous managers are worthless they can't figure out accounting and they haven't once apologized for their mistakes and unethical business practices, they are a horrible business and I will tell everyone I know ti stay away, join another gym where they will value their 15 plus year customer like me, so dissatisfied with the way they have handled my very legitimate complaint of using my credit cards that I had to close because they wouldn't stop charging me for a bogus account.

I love this 24 hour fitness. Not only are the people who work here awesome, but the people who work out here are all super nice. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. If you are new to fitness I would tell you this is the gym for you. Great place to start your journey!
